Jones Junction went above and beyond my expectation with the buying experience. I had not purchased a new vehicle for about 12 years so based on my experience back then (at another dealership) compared to t the buying experience. All details, from price, to warranty, to service to additional add-ons for the vehicle were thoroughly explained. All questions asked by me were addressed in a thorough manner. I really do not feel like the sole owner of the vehicle based on the services offered by Jones Junction, many of them at no charge, so the vehicle is properly maintained and will be in tip top shape if the vehicle is ever traded in for a new vehicle or sold outright by me. I am looking forward to my future visits at Jones Junction just to see how the entire Jones Junction for a Lifetime experience plays out regarding vehicle maintenace / repairs if needed / warranty coverage / trade-in / etc. More
