I had to have my front windshield wipers fixed due to having accidently turned them on with snow piled on them. Came in for oil change scheduled for 8A.M. I own a small deli and was fortunate to get a catering job for lunch. I took my Rav4 in at 7A.M. hoping they could accommodate me. I took my car in for an oil change I had to stand around for over 10 minutes because the service person I was assigned to was not finished with his previous customer. Myu problem was that another person sho for over 10 minutes because the service person I was assigned to was not finished with his previous customer. Myu problem was that another person should have stepped up to write the ticket up so I did not have to wait. I received a call while shopped that I needed front brakes and that they could get them on before closing. They were willing to do the brakes that evening and told me it would be ready by 7 PM. I came back at 6:40 they said about 10 more minutes and the car was not ready until 7:20. Although I appreciate them finishing the car that evening I could have came back for it the next day. But overall I am grateful for their excellent service.
