I was checked in quickly and efficiently. I got two tires plugged and an oil change. They washed my truck and I was done in approximately 75 minutes. The Jones Toyota service center runs like a well oiled machine. The night before I called Jones I was informed by another Toyota dealership my 07 Camry needed a water pump, a belt and rear brakes. I was n machine. The night before I called Jones I was informed by another Toyota dealership my 07 Camry needed a water pump, a belt and rear brakes. I was not thrilled with the estimate provided and decided I would call around. I was a little more bothered because my extended warranty had just expired. Well I search dealer ratings in Maryland and to my surprise Jones did not have one negative review. I called Jones early the following morning to see how much and when they could make the necessary repairs. I was told to bring it in and I would be provided a loaner. According to Jones I did not need rear brakes after all but they did install a new water pump, belt and throttle cleaning for about the same price the other dealer wanted JUST for the water pump. Everything went smoothly from the time I arrived until returning to pick up my car. This was the first time a Toyota dealership has identified the parts worked on. It was well worth the drive from Baltimore City to Harford County to have my car repaired. I will be back. Kesha More

My husband and I bought a brand new Toyota Rav 4 in September of 2010. We were very pleased with the service and sales experience, so we returned to upgrade to a Sport model for extra features that my September of 2010. Took my Highlander in for the recall service. First time at Jones for my car. Ian was very friendly. I also had a crack in the windshield. Ian went out of his way to contact the windshield repair service a at Jones for my car. Ian was very friendly. I also had a crack in the windshield.
