I have been a customer of Jones for 20 years and have always received good customer service (both in their sales and service departments). This time I was in for service on my 2005 Camry and once again always received good customer service (both in their sales and service departments). We really did not have any intention in buying a car when we stopped at Jones. After talking to our salesmen, Abe, we were convinced that a Toyota Camary was for us. I came to Jones desperately needing a new car and needing someone who would work with me and my financial situation. Andrew McFall was the sales representative who worked with me and was by far the best sal someone who would work with me and my financial situation. Andrew McFall was the sales representative who worked with me and was by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He was compassionate, patient,and not pushy at all. I cannot thank him enough for staying with me all day and being the friendliest man on the entire lot. I will send everyone I know to Jones and tell them to use Andrew! More
Everytime we get service, it is always a positive experience and would only consider this dealership when we are ready to purchase again. I was greeted promptly by a nice young lady when I arrived. I do not know her name. I was told that Rich would check me in. I waited for several minutes and there were 3 other service people not he arrived. I do not know her name. I was told that Rich would check me in. I waited for several minutes and there were 3 other service people not helping anyone. The young lady said Rich was with another customer and would be with me soon. I asked if there was anyone else who could help me. She went over and another service person came over and checked me in "for Rich". He was courteous. They knew I was waiting for the vehicle. After about 1.5 hours I went to customer service and asked if she could check on my car for me. The girl there seemed very inconveninced by the request. I told her I could go find Rich myself if she would tell me where he was. She reluctantly got up and pointed the way. Rich was courteous but not particularly friendly. The nail girls are always great and make the wait for your vehicle more pleasant. More

Chris (sorry I forgot his last name) was very friendly and knowledgeable. As was everyone else we talked to. We came back because we had heard Jones was a good place to buy a car and figured our experie and knowledgeable. As was everyone else we talked to. My initial experience through the internet and subsequent phone conversations were with Mark Amendt and was very good. He was friendly and easy to work with and we negotiated an acceptable price for our new phone conversations were with Mark Amendt and was very good. He was friendly and easy to work with and we negotiated an acceptable price for our new vehicle. Once we arrived at the dealership, however, we were turned over to salesperson Adam Harrow. When we sat down with Adam, he was pleasant enough. I showed him a pen that I have from the Jones dealership that offers "$200 off your best deal". He dismissed the offer and said he doesn't accept those and that he doesn't even get those pens made up, so he refused to honor the offer. I have a problem with your salespeople not honoring a legitimate Jones dealership offer. We then began discussing a potential trade-in vehicle with Adam. He showed the vehicle to someone and then brought back a Kelly Blue Book printout and said that he could offer us $5500 for our vehicle. We pointed out that the printout was incorrect and that the vehicle on the KBB printout did not have all of the options/accessories listed that would give an accurate and current trade-in value. Adam said "$5500 is the offer". He made no effort to get up from his desk to check on the information that we gave to him to correct his mistake or to acknowledge that indeed he may have inaccurate information. He showed us inaccurate KBB information as the basis for the offer, whcih never should have happened. Even if it did happen, it should have been corrected immediately. UPDATE: The sales manager, Gary Hale, has taken care of all issues to exceed my satisfaction. He discussed with me the points of contention regarding the sales process, acknowledged where mistakes were made, and discussed those issues with his sales staff. I have been very satisfied with the treatment received and would gladly deal with Jones again in the future. More
Kris Ruhling was an excellent Sales Representative. He was both patient and understanding. He tried to accomodate all of our needs and requests. He truly sold us on the Toyota product and made us feel c was both patient and understanding. He tried to accomodate all of our needs and requests. He truly sold us on the Toyota product and made us feel confident in our buying choice. He tried every way possible to accomodate our very stringent financial needs. We were in no position to purchase a vechicle at this point in time nor prepared. (Our car was totaled due to a MVA....hit by a drunk driver). He was very instrumental in educating us with entire product line as well as the purchase process. Joe Serio assisted Kris throughout the entire transaction process. Joe showed compassion and concern for our situation was Kris' right-hand man so to speak. He showed unwaivering attention concerned with our every need whether "fetching" another vehicle to test-drive, entertaining our 3 children or answering many of our questions regarding product line. He never waivered with any signs of hesistation or frustration. He actually was the one who closed the deal. Bob Peltz.....THE FINANCE GUY! He was very instrumental in finding the absolute best alternative for us helping to meet our budget needs! As I previously stated we were in a very difficult situation(MVA totaling our car due to a drunk driver) and Bob used every means possible to find the best financial lending that made sense for our economic concerns. He truly was compassionate and understanding throughout the entire very difficult and emotionally draining process. He...in the end....ironed out a few bumps so to speak. Overall Jones Junction Toyota has been our "Top Pick" for many years......no different with today's transaction.....truly an asset to our community......these employees....Kris, Joe and Bob an asset to the Jones' Family of employees. However, on the evening on Feb. 24th, 2010, the old car to which I owned, was on it’s last leg, scarcely making it to Nissan service repair shop. Although the car has high mileage, 186,000+/-, the idea putting additional money into an aged old automobile suddenly became unrealistic, yet I squeeze everything I could out of it - all good things end. Therefore, it was time to buy after seeing the enormous bill to fix it. Indeed, it was time to look for a new car. Nevertheless, the service was of high-speed, very prompt, and best of all; I did not feel the pressure in buying something or any add-ons, to which later, did not desire. In fact, for the first time, I had a nice and enjoyable time in searching for a much-needed vehicle. Steve Pagotto was friendly, very knowledgeable, and best of all, he listened to what a customer such as I was looking for in a vehicle. This perception along is worth its weight in gold. Even so, I was relatively prepared, looking for economy and valve in a car. Hearing this, he suggested and took timeout and we test-drove the model of interest; therefore, a deal was tenable without regret. Thank you the great service.
