I felt like I was visiting friends. I went in talked to a few people told them what I needed, and give me pricing options on tires. Had some other work done, that they suggested the last time. Went in the waiting area, logged on to my Ipad with the Jones WIFI (excellent). Then went over and had my nails done. Talked with a great girl,while she did my nails. Dave came over, gave me the prices I requested on tires. Next thing you know, my nails are done and so was my car. Neal has always been an outstanding service clerk from day one, and helping us with our Toyota Rav 4. They always wash the exterior, and do a great job as you can see the water beading up on the exterior. They want to take pride in the appearance of the cars that drive on the roads, and to see the liscense holder state jones or the decal, puts it into mind how well they run their business as it shows in their work!
