Jones Toyota

I have been a Jones customer for over 15 years and have purchased three new Toyotas. In addition, my daughter and husband have purchased two new Toyotas. Early in my experience with Jones, service was very good and then started declining to the point that I had to speak to the manager. Based on my experience, i believe that the quality of service has returned to very good over the last few years. I have had a number of capable service representatives, and several less gifted or interested. Cathy Greenwell is the best and continues to shine. She is accessible, congenial, reliable, and capable. Her team does good work, I don't need to return for any re-work, and the vehicles are clean and on time when I pick them up. I appreciate the accessibility of a loaner car when I need it, and for the shuttle when I don't need a second car for the day. Please keep up the good work. Phil Perkins More

I would recommend this dealer. I have purchased many cars from Jones and felt I was always treated fairly. Dealers can be tough to deal with but Jones is not. They couldn't have been any nicer. Wait for estimate took a little longer than I thought it should (about hour and a quarter), but other than that everyone extremely courteous and helpful. Total experience was excellent. From the inital quote to the closing of the sale everyone was very profesional.
