I have bought a few new vehicles but Jones Junction is the best by far. From the time I walked in the door they were just so nice ,informative and some of the most pleasant people to be around. They treated me with utmost respect and made my visit and experience of buying a new car very enjoyable. Your service area is wonderful. From the Hot dogs right down to the manicures. When I come in for service of my Rav4 it seems they just can't do enough for me. The service is always done in a very timely mannor and the car washes are great. It is obvious that customer service is the top priority at Jones Junction. There were no high pressure sales technique or tricks. I came in one day and met John Hightower. He showed me the vehicle I was lo at Jones Junction. There were no high pressure sales technique or tricks. I came in one day and met John Hightower. He showed me the vehicle I was looking for. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and showed me all of the features. I took it on a test drive and said I liked it a lot but needed more time to think about it. He assured me there was no hurry. I called him the next evening and set up an appointment for 10:00 am the next morning. John was there waiting for me when I arrived. The whole processed was quick and painless. They appraised my trade-in and together we came up with a great deal. Then Jen came in and explained the after-market options that Jones had available. Again, there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. She just let me know all of the neat things I could add on to the vehicle and explained their 6 months same as cash plan if I didn't want to add the options in with the car loan. The next step, while the new vehicle was being prepped, was to meet with Kim Kelso. She finalized the paper work and loan agreement with ZERO PERCENT FINANCING. She also explained the extended warrantees and additional paint and interior protection plans, but again, there was absolutely no pressure. Everything was very quick, professional and friendly. While waiting for the vehicle to be prepped, I sat comfortably in their waiting area, enjoying the hotdogs with steamed buns. It was a short wait though, I left the dealership at about 12:15. Over the past 30 years, this is the 10th new car I purchased. I have to say this was the best experience of them all. Everyone in the place was friendly and appeared to sincerely care about customer satisfaction; and they all looked like they really enjoy their jobs. Everything was very quick, professional and friendly. John was such a personable person, I felt I had been his friend for years. The only thing that could make this any better would be if I won the 50" TV they're giving away in a drawing. Thanks Jon, Jen, Kim and the rest of the Jones Junction Team! More
I purchased my last Toyota Camry from Jones Junction Toyota 11 years ago and was very happy with the way I was treated then, so I decided to return there for my next Toyota. My husband and I were ver Toyota 11 years ago and was very happy with the way I was treated then, so I decided to return there for my next Toyota. My husband and I were very impressed with the friendliness of the entire staff of employees when we arrived and throughout the duration of the time we were there purchasing my new Camry XLE. Our salesman, Kris, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took plenty of time to demonstrate each and every feature in the vehicle as well as while on a 'test' drive. We went to the showroom to look at, and test drive the Camry last week and then, after deciding what features and color I wanted, I only had to make a phone call and send an email stating what I wanted. Within 2 days, Kris called me back to tell me the vehicle was there. We made an appointment to come in and check it out right away and drove away very happy. The General Manager, Gary Hale, asked on several occasions how we were doing and if there was anything else they could do for us. He saw to it that we were treated like 'royalty.' Kris was equally as interested in making sure we had all our questions answered before we left. It was a very good experience. My husband and I would gladly recommend Jones Junction Toyota to any of our friends in a heartbeat. We look forward to having them service my new Camry. It's also a great place to visit and hang out in while waiting for service OR they will pick up and deliver my car for service as well as loan me a free car to drive while it is being serviced. Now, that is worth more than I can tell you! That is REAL service! More
