Cathy (Service writer) checked the vehicle on Tuesday and we ordered the required parts. The expected wait time was 2-3 weeks. She called this morning stating that they were already in. The service was finished before promised. Cathy was friendly and able to perform the repairs sooner than all of the promises that she made. From the start it was a great experience. I set up the appointment online and received a quick confirmation of my appointment. I was contacted by the service dept to set up the loner vehicle and time both appointment online and received a quick confirmation of my appointment. I was contacted by the service dept to set up the loner vehicle and time both by email and telephone. My car was picked up at the appointed time and the loner (FREE) left for my use. The service advisor, Steve, called and made sure of the work I wanted done. The work was completed sooner than I expected.When they couldn't get the inserts for my wiper blades they called to get permission to replace the whole blade and reduced the price to near what the inserts would have been. The dropoff of my car went great also. They called to make sure I'd be there and delivered my car within a 1/2 hour. All the work I requested had been done without causing any prolems for me. This is a Great dealership. More
