Good service. Took a little longer than I thought. They did give me a loaner to use. We do have the butler service to get the scratches out and I am not to satisfied with how the car looks now. The car buying process at Jones has definitly made me want "Jones for a Lifetime", and so should you. I told them what I wanted, how I wanted it, and that if they jacked up the price on me, then they would jack-up any possible business with me. They were the most responsive and personable of any car dealer I investigated. If you want a "no-hassel, no-haggle price" that comes with nothing, is sold "as is", then with no frills service and support to match, you will end up with a car that is no frills to drive. Not me. We had to replace my truck in a hurry, after someone ran into me while I was stopped. Since I had bought my old truck from Jones, and we wouldn't think of going elsewhere, I asked a friend in the service de into me while I was stopped.
