I was looking online for a new Tacoma, sent an email asking about a truck I saw online. When I arrived at the dealership, Kris Ruhling greated me, and asked if he could assist me in any way, it was at this time I told him about the email. I also told him I was looking and had to leave for work in a couple of hours and just wanted to see what the price range was goiing to be. Kris and I agreed to get an estimate on my trade in as we took the 2011 Tacoma for a test drive. The vehicle was awesome to say the least, but so was my service. They let me take the vehicle to work that day while they continued to work on the finacial numbers. I received a call back that evening they finaly got it all taken care of. They got me into the truck of my dreams for the price I was willing to pay. I even got a free Ipad. I was able to make my down payment several days later. I took the truck in for its first free oil change, had a hotdog, talked to several of the other sales associates, they really do treat you like their family. I would recomend them to any and everyone. They really do stand behind their word. More

Kris Ruhling greeted me politely, professionally, and with genuine warmth. He was able to help narrow down my selection, as I was not sure which Toyota would best suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and respected my time. He was nice enough to let me know about special zero percent financing that I was not aware of -- that was really appreciated! He offered me a reasonable discount off of the asking price, had the truck cleaned beautifully, explained the Jones for a Lifetime program, and gave me a fantastic tour of the service department and customer amenities. I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received. Everyone at Jones was really friendly and made me feel at home. Kris is an outstanding individual, and a great representative of the Jones Toyota dealership. I am really happy I went to Jones, and will probably never buy from any other dealership in the future. Service is always quick and done correctly. People at the dealership always speak to you in a pleasant way and ask if they can be of any help. Show roon and waiting area are always clean and neat. I have owned eleven (11) straight Toyota vehicles. This was by far the best experience I have had, buying any car. The salesman, Chris Devlin, Jr., stayed with me the whole time we were buying. He answered every question, and guided us every step of the way during the buying process. I forgot my flashlight on my keychain when I traded my car and Chris was quick to spot it and hold onto it. He is going to drop it off at my house because he knew it was an important gift which I received and it meant more to me than the value of the flashlight itself. Also, Bob Peltz, in finance was unbelievable. We had a deal in place. All the papers were signed but Bob was not happy with the interest rate. He worked for two (2) days after the sale to get me a new rate, at a different financial institution, which was half of the original rate. My payments went down by about $140 per month and I will save about $10,000 over the life of the loan. I was unable to explain to the two (2) guys how much we appreciated their attention and caring attitude. Jones Junction will always be the first place I go to buy a new car from now on. I can only hope that by the time I am ready for a new car I get the same people, service and caring attitude, which I received on this occasion. I have owned my car for a week and I have already told a number of people my experience and suggested they contact Jones Junction for their next car. I am confident they will be treated fairly and receive great service. Thank you. More

Other places, I've been given clunkers that had me nervous about getting to my destination. The waiting room...free food, manicures...what more could you possibly want? I bought my new car in December because someone hit my old car and it was a total loss. I was less than happy about having to buy a new car...BUT...now I'm thrilled that I went to Jones Junction. Thanks for a GREAT experience when I bought it and a GREAT experience on my first service call! More
