I have been going to Jones Toyota since I bought my Toyota Prius in 2005. I have over 125,000 miles on my car, and have my oil changed at Jones Junction every 5,000 miles. I bought the oil change card when I bought the car, and have never had my oil changed anywhere else. I also do most of my other maintenance there as well. They always check out the car, wash the car, and are very friendly. I love going to Jones to have my oil changed - I have a cup of coffee and catch up on my reading. It is a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I've even been offered hot dogs and manicures! More

John was very knowedgeable and courteous. He went over the vehicle and explained all of the features. The only problem with the whole process is the length of time it takes to process all of the paperwork the vehicle and explained all of the features. If there was a way to put the information needed into the computer so it could be downloaded to the finance personnel I think it could save time. This is the second car we purchased from Jones and I am quite happy with the service and commitment Jones has given over the last 20 years.
