We purchased the 2011 Toyota 4 runner, 7 year 100,000 platinum warranty, The Doctor Jones warranty, and the Auto Butler warranty. In the past some dealers never lived up to there warranty but I was assured that Jones stands by there warranty. The finacial lady was very good, ( Im sorry I forgot her name )she explained all the warranties i purchased. The sales manager was kinda tough on the price but we were able to come to a deal at the end. Same for the gentleman that priced my trade in, ( tough but we were able to come to a deal at the end. All this is understandable knowing this is a buisness to make money. Overall this was great experience purchasing a vehicle. Joshua did a great job. More
