We have been Jones Junction Customers since 1990 when we bought our first Subaru Loyale from Jones Nissan Subaru, and then a 1996 Subaru Legacy and then a 2002 Toyota Highlander. To say that we are pleased bought our first Subaru Loyale from Jones Nissan Subaru, and then a 1996 Subaru Legacy and then a 2002 Toyota Highlander. To say that we are pleased with Jones Junction would be an understatement since this makes our 21st year of doing business with this dealership. The purchase of our Highlander in 2002 was smooth and quick: Jones had exactly the vehicle we wanted, we took it for an extended test drive, closed the transaction just after that and received it prepped very promptly and thoroughly. To say that we are pleased with Jones Junction Toyota Scion service does not tell nearly the whole story: no other service center has touched our Highlander except for PA inspection stations since Jones is in Maryland. We always, always have been treated like family by all service personnel: informed of any problems (which are few), given options for dealing with them and related prices, prices which are firm. We also can document with receipts more than a few instances in which Jones service attendants have determined when costs of some repairs would be borne by the dealership or by the manufacturer making this dealership more "pro-customer" in "costs saved" for us than any other dealership with which we had done business before 1990. And the cost saving is only part of the story, because the service personnel give us plenty of support before and after the service is rendered. We love this company so much that even after moving our home residence to about 50 miles away, we come back for service time after time. We will also purchase our next vehicle from Jones Junction and continue our relationship with it in the future. More

excellent costumer service and was very appreciative to have the rental for the duration of our experience. Work was done previously on the driver's side door so we were disappointed that it had to be rep have the rental for the duration of our experience. Had a bit of a problem with the motor on the passenger side sliding door when we got it home from the shop, hope it was just a fluke and that it will now continue to work just fine. More

Always have a positive experience when I bring my car in for service. I have recommended this dealership over and over, and would not think of going anywhere else for another car. I have tried the pickup service, also and was very happy to have a ride up to Bel Air (I live in Parkville) to retrieve my car after servicing. With free manicures and carwashes, coffee, popcorn, hot dogs, I mean what more could you want when you're already getting great service? I have had transactions with Ian Jones, who is also excellent and very personable. When these people promise something, they make it happen and that is rare these days. More

I had service done on my Camry a week ago. I came back in on Thursday of this week to have my car washed, an area buffed and the emblem put back on my car. Steve was so helpful and so kind, and just very genuine. He helped us get a GREAT 2010 used car when we were not sure if we would be able to get a decent car. He was the most helpful car salesman I have ever met. He listened to every single one of our needs and never once tried to push us on a car we did not like. He helped us for 3 hours straight and was great the whole time. I will never go to another car dealership ever in my life. The dealership is just a pleasure to be in with the most comfort level ever. The whole staff is super friendly and positive and seem like just so happy to be there. If you are looking for a great new or used car, please go to Jones Junction. You will not be disappointed.
