We had worked with Joey at a different dealer and had enjoyed the customer service that we had experienced at his previous employer, so we followed him to Jones Junction. We were not disappointed. I have purchased 2 cars from Jones and can tell you no one will work harder for you than Mark Amendt. He never put the hard sale on me, was genuine, and worked for me to get the best price. Jones for a lifetime drew me into the dealership but I have yet to gauge the quality. If it wasn't for Mark and his personality i probably would have shopped around more but if you stop in you will not be disappointed with this standup guy. More

Jen was just wonderful to deal with and, most important, her and her manager met my price on the new Highlander I wanted. The post-sales activities were excellent, too. I have been to the service department of Jones several times now and have had Neal each time except for once. Each time that I go it is a joy to see Neal will be handling my car and service for the day, b times now and have had Neal each time except for once. Each time that I go it is a joy to see Neal will be handling my car and service for the day, because he is very personal and remembers me as well. He always asks how I have been and how school is. It is nice that we have developed a relationship and I know if there are any problems with my car Neal will take care of them. He always makes sure that I am satisfied with everything and if there are any questions they are answered. More
I was completely flabbergasted at the level of service provided. Bringing my non-Jones-purchased Toyota vehicle in for service, I received courtesy like I'd find in a nice restaurant, complete with coaste provided. Bringing my non-Jones-purchased Toyota vehicle in for service, I received courtesy like I'd find in a nice restaurant, complete with coaster buzzers! My car was serviced in the time provided, and while waiting I was treated to fresh-grilled hotdogs, popcorn, and lots of friendly people. The sales staff were polite when I walked through the showrooms while waiting, not applying any pressure to buy, but glad to speak with me, even to get to know me and tell me how glad they were to be a part of Jones. I would likely not believe the experience if someone else had told me - I would think they were simply hired to advertise. I still cannot believe Jones is willing to offer to pick up my vehicle and give me a loaner car for my next vehicle service - that's a level of benefit beyond what I'd expect. To top it off, my car was returned to me, with a full demonstration of what had been checked and serviced, having been washed for me, free! I felt like a high-end valet service had just treated me like a VIP. I will be coming back - that you can count on :) More

I have taken my car to Jones for service since I have owned the car. Unfortunately, I have gone through several service reps who have left, But I do have Joe now and he makes sure that all repairs and s owned the car.
