My wife and I had been thinking of replacing our Durango for last 6 months, we decided to buy a Toyota and went to the Memorial Day sale at the festival to buy a Highlander. After being introduced to Jen Ro for last 6 months, we decided to buy a Toyota and went to the Memorial Day sale at the festival to buy a Highlander. After being introduced to Jen Rodriguez by Chris R I told her we were definitely buying this weekend, a Highlander. Jen did not have broad knowledge of the vehicle. She couldn't answer questions about the electronics, phone system and some others. However she was pleasant and tried to represent Jones well. Jen was able to get us a Highlander to drive on Sunday so my wife could get a feel for it. After church on Sunday we drove past the dealership and saw our Durango was sitting where we left it with all the windows down and unlocked. Jen told us she would lock it up. This was not good. On Sunday we visited Thopmson and Jerry's Toyota. We were looking for a Cypress Pearl Highlander, wanted to see the color in person. We found one at Jerry's. I checked the Jerry's price on the internet and it was less than the price I was offerred at Jones by Jen. Jen actually quoted me a price on a Jones Highlander Limited at 37K, same vehicle on the internet was 36K. So between leaving my Durango unlocked and the ridicolous price quote I lost confidence in Jones and decided to buy at Jerry's. I went to Jones on Monday to pick up my Durango when I ran into Chris R, who rememberred me from the festival. When i asked for my Durango keys he wasked what the problem was, I told him and he said " Mr. St.Clair, I am not losing a sale to Jerry's".... Honestly, I loved his confidence. I am the manager of a $4 Billion dollar Government portfolio, and I have some guys like Chris on my staff. Chris R is the reason I bought from Jones! He is a valued employee. He still owes me $250 dollar gas card, I'm sure he will deliver. Kathy loves the Highlander and we hope the service lives up to the claims. God Bless. More

Everyone that we dealt with was really nice, the showroom was nice with lots of great amenities. Everyone seemed to listen to what we wanted and wanted to make it happen. The staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. Jason did a great job getting the best price possible, giving us the ability to get the car we really wanted. Excellent options for extended warranty/paint protection and LOVED that the warranty fee is "refunded" if not used . The actual building was very nice, and looks like a pleasant place to spend time if needing to wait for service work to be done. The dealership also has great extras that were an added incentive to buy there---free oil changes for life, etc. More
Suprised that we needed to have a sales person from the Nissan dealership to find us a Toyota sales person. It was difficult to access the necessary personnel to complete the sale due to the dealership preparing for a Memorial Day sale. This final process, we were told would only take 45 minutes but, instead, took 2- 1/4 hours. More
When we first went to Jone's to look at the Toyota Sienna with our 5 children the place was buzzing with activity. Within a matter of minutes someone asked if we would like any help. Adam Harrow came out at that point to answer any questions we might have. He was very friendly, informative, and patient with the kids. He then walked us through the entire dealership showing us everything from the service dept. to all the "freebies" they offer (BBQ, manicures, popcorn, car washes, etc...). The service dept. was very clean and appeared to be running efficiently. When we returned a few days later to talk prices, etc... the place was once again very busy. Again, we were waited on quickly (but no pressure) and EVERYONE was so friendly. We were able to reach a good price and seal the deal. When the vehicle arrived they had been without power for several hours during an extremely hot day. They were doing everything by hand at that point. You could tell all there were very tired and hot from the heat (& no AC)...didn't matter...the friendliness continued. Adam and several others stayed until we were done (1 1/2 hours past closing) and not once did we feel they couldn't wait to get out of there. Walked us out, took pictures, made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left...like I said 1 1/2 hours past closing. Thank you to Adam Harrow, Joe Serio, and the other Jone's employees we worked with. You made our first Toyota purchase very enjoyable!!! More

I bought my previous car from Jones Junction and knew that I wanted to buy my new car from Jones. I love how they treat their costumers before, during and after the deal is made. John was a wonder sal that I wanted to buy my new car from Jones. I love how they treat their costumers before, during and after the deal is made. John was a wonder salesman. He waited until I was sure that it was the car I wanted before we even talked numbers. He had my best interest in mind and wanted me to be happy. My husband is now interested in buying a car from Jones Junction and is going to use John Mgehan as his salesman. I will continue to use Jones and recommend my friends about Jones when they decided to buy. I of course will suggest that they talk to John when they arrive. More
