Even though when I first arrived at the dealership, I was not greeted in a friendly manner, once I met with Jerry F. I had a very pleasent experience. This was my first time buying a car, and this experience was WONDERFUL! Jerry explained everything in full detail to and made sure that I understood. My Scion TC was not at this particular dealership, but Jerry located the car fast, and had it ready for me in three days. I got a decent amount for my trade, and my car looked wonderful once I was finished. Throughout the paperwork portion the women who sits in the front office was wonderful also (I am sorry that I cannot remember her name) she also made sure everything was clear, and she helped for me to decided which payment plan was best! Jerry even put my university tag on my car without me asking! (now that's service!) Every person that I know who wants to buy a car from here on out I am sending them to Jones! The oil changes for life, manicures and car washes is awesome and the wonderful customer service! I could never thank Jones and Jerry enough for the wonderful car buying experience! More

I don't remember the other manager's name but he had a goatie and brown hair and was kinda tall and his birthday was right near my husband's. He was awesome. he worked with us, compromised and was not pushy. Very friendly and a great salesman. We both really like him a lot and told him so. The Finance guy was nice but it was fake. He was just OK, he was a little crabby. I also wanted to say that when we brought our jeep there to be serviced recently that the lady with the brown hair with the pandora bracelets gave the best manicure that I've ever had and was so friendly. It lasted forever and I was so happy with it. More

We specified a Toyota Sienna AWD XLE that had power sliding doors and rear gate as well as a rear camera and DVD entertainment system. I called Joey Buscemi on Friday evening since I had known him and his family for many years. He works in the Subaru area so he immediately called Steve to let him know exactly what we wanted. Steve called us Friday evening as soon as he got off the phone with Joey. We drove off with our vehicle on Tuesday evening. He was kind, helpful, honest, and hard-working.
