From start to finish Jones Junction impressed me with their amazing service. He got back to me faster than any other dealerships reps did, and he provided me the car I wanted with a committed and certain answer, where other dealers gave vague non-committal answers. Not only Mark, but every other employee there was very helpful in explaining the offers, benefits and overall mission of the dealership, as well as all of the questions I had. The transaction was an overall positive experience in buying the heavily coveted Prius. I adore my Prius III and I plan to keep it for many years, and I will never forget the work Mark and his team put into getting it and reserving it for me, and not pushing me in the process as many dealers would, or making me bid with other interested customers and even gave me the options *I* wanted, instead of just making that decision for me and charging an arm and a leg. They are an honest and professional dealership and I would recommend them to anyone that wishes to purchase a car under one of the brands they sell. They keep all of their promises, and their are no stipulations to their guarantees. They offer oil changes for free for the life of the car, you do not need to get any other service to qualify for this like other dealers stipulate, you get free wash anytime you bring the car for service, and they provide free soda, hot dogs and popcorn and manicures while you are waiting. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, and the dealership itself is a clean and pleasantly decorated environment. For as long as I am buying Toyota's, I will come to Jones as my first choice every time. (I say this because down the road I may wish to purchase a Lexus or Acura down the line, which unfortunately Jones does not offer new in their car lineup as of current) Also, so its clear, the reason I gave a 3 on pricing is due to the fact there is really not much room to negotiate on the car I wanted, due to it being in short supply, and high demand, so its really a mark on Toyota itself, not the dealership. The dealership has little control over the supply and demand of this vehicle due to production being cut in half after the Crisis in Japan, since the car is only produced in Japan, Ideally I would of liked some "wiggle room" with the price, but I knew what they offered was reasonable based on the vehicle, and I would of been crazy to turn it down, since other dealerships were selling it far above the MSRP with way more options than I needed and the wrong color to boot. I was only charged about 800 over MSRP, so it was certainly not an extravagant up-charge, especially since there were probably costs involved with moving the vehicle to Jones. So while I would of liked a cheaper price I do not hold it against Jones for it not being possible, since from a business perspective there were many others who wanted my vehicle of choice who probably would of paid even more to get it, (People were walking around it even while I was making the deal, It was the only 2011 Prius on the lot!) so negotiation would not be reasonable for them. I am happy with the price I paid under the circumstances, but wished it could of been negotiated lower if only so I would of had money to afford the "at point of sale" discounts on their great Service and car care plans! Sadly I am already over extending myself, so I will not be able to take advantage of those services such as their "Doctor Jones" or "Auto Butler" Services which respectively cover any light to moderate exterior damage to the car for one flat payment, and cover comprehensive buffing, cleaning and waxing and paint protection every 6 months. I only hope I can find suitable work around's for this coverage because I could not afford the point of sale discounts and certainly won't be able to afford the services post sale. More

On June 8, 2011, I was shopping for a new Toyota at Jones Junction. Having previously purchased several new cars at Jones Junction, I stopped to see Larry Kropff and Steve Smeltzer, as I have known them for Junction. Steve was on vacation but, Larry graciously welcomed me and assigned Rob Capeletti and Kris Ruehling to assist me with whatever my needs were. To make a long story short, I selected a 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited. A fair price was negotiated in short order and I made the purchase. The purchase process also involved not only Larry, Rob and Kris but, Jim Bishop and Ray Wolf as well. Everybody involved was very congenial and bent over backwards for me. It was actually a fun experience. More

I was in the process of moving and looking for a new car, so my boyfriend went to several local dealerships for me to test drive the cars I was considering. Right off the bat he dealt with Josh at Toyota and was really impressed, so much so that it was the first place we went when I actually moved down to Maryland. Josh was extremely helpful and patient, he never stalked me with phone calls or anything like that which was great because that's one of my biggest pet peeves with car shopping. I ultimately ended up buying a new Corolla and from Josh, to Kris, to Kim in finance, everyone was wonderful to deal with. They made the whole process painless and exciting, and I really did leave happy. Combined with all the great service they offer, you really cannot go wrong with them. I would go back in a heartbeat! The salesman worked with us to make sure we were comfortable and worked around our crazy schedules to make sure we had every opportunit informative. There was no hard sell which allowed us to make an informed decision without pressure. Once we made our final decision the salesman went above and beyond in getting the deal closed on our schedule, he returned to the dealership after getting off for the day so that we could make close the deal. It was a great experience and I look forward to using Jones for our regular maintenance and car washes. More

Jones Junction seems to have gone all out to give the customer a top quality experience. Greeted the second we walked onto the lot and made to feel welcome. While they obviously are trying to sell you a car, our salesman actually put in the effort to make sure I was happy about every aspect feel welcome. We bought our last 2 cars from Jones Toyota, 15 or 16 years ago. The salesman we dealt with was great but has long since retired. We were a bit hesitant about this buying experience. We did out homework on available models, options, and prices. Steve Pagotto was recommended by several friends, so we went to him to test drive the 4 possible models before making our decision. We then went back to him with our competitive pricing. Steve was friendly and courteous. He honored our request not to be bothered while we compared quotes and made out decision over the next week. When we made our decision, Steve worked with us to get the deal through. We highly recommend Steve Pagotto. That said, the (unnamed sales manager) did his best to move us into a more expensive model and kept running upstairs for extended periods of time. We are not big fans of this tactic and it is a compliment to Steve Pagotto that we did not walk out during these proceedings. While we do recommend Jones Junction Toyota, we also recommend that the "guys upstairs" get their act together. More
