Mr. Cappelletti was very helpful in helping me buy a new vehicle. I got a good trade in value for my old vehicle and was aloud to sell it even though I couldn't find the title for it. Went in to their service dept. for six month oil and filter change, tire rotation, "auto butler treatment" (very durable paint protection, paid for at time of purchase) and general check up on 2011 Rav4 filter change, tire rotation, "auto butler treatment" (very durable paint protection, paid for at time of purchase) and general check up on 2011 Rav4. They will come to your home and get your vehicle and leave you a loaner car if you're within 50 miles. The Rav4 (6 cyl., 4WD) proved itself very capable this past winter.
