I spent 4 hours mostly waiting around to Re-Lease a new 4Runner only to find out they have no One-time lease contracts to sign plus the computer program was not set up appropriately. The Computer program would not give me my correct Trade-in Allowance when it printed out. I had to sign a Promissary note in order to drive my new vehicle home. I returned the following day after work (a 1 hour drive with traffic)in order to sign my contract. More
My initial contact was with a salesman, Kevin, who had been fired the day before I was to return to Jones Toyota to purchase a 2011 Venza. Tim, the sales manager, introduced me to Adam Harrow who then pi been fired the day before I was to return to Jones Toyota to purchase a 2011 Venza. Tim, the sales manager, introduced me to Adam Harrow who then picked up where Kevin left off. It is a shame that car sales is such a cut-throat business as I thought Kevin was doing a great job of working to get my business. That aside, Adam followed through with the sale. The car I purchased turned out to be the first one that I had taken out for a test drive. I decided to finance the balance after trade-in of my current vehicle. Overall the buying experience was good. But, I do think that Jones missed a sales opportunity by NOT making me aware of accessories that could have been purchased at the time I was buying my new car. I was offered a $2000.00 waxing/detailing service and a $2900.00 aftermarket dent/ding/everything covered aftermarket warranty product. But, since my new Toyota comes with a warranty and my auto insurance covers vehicle damage these did not seem like a very good value for me. I did, however, want to get mud guards, bumper protector, winter floor mats, pre-painted body side molding, wheel locks and door edge guards. Jones COULD have made me aware of these items and offered to include them in the sale price but they did not. In the end, I ordered all of those parts from a dealer who has a good internet business. Overall I think I got a fair deal on my new car and look forward to a continued relationship with Jones Toyota. More

As far as the car buying servive, it was great! They helped me get the exact car I wanted,and they even special ordered it for me. The price was reasonable and overall I was happy. The problems came with the service department; it was the worst service I ever had. They scheduled to put some parts on my car and when I get there, turns out they ordered the worng parts. Drove 40 minutes out of my way for them to try and pitch me the wrong parts, no call beforehand. The second time around, I waited six hours for them to service my car and it turns out they ordered the wrong parts again! Gave me the run around when I called them trying to figure out what was going on. In the end they got it fixed but it was just a hassle, so I would not recommend the aftermarket parts. More

Tom Gullivan went the extra mile to give me top value on my trade and a good price on my new truck. It was a pleasure to deal with Scott Burgess and Tom Gullivan. Chris shared the information on the Toyota Shareathon with us and we were able to save an additional $1000. Jones for Life was explained thoroughly by Jenna. My wife and I have already discussed that when we are ready for her next vehicle we will visit Jones first. My family was right--what a great staff at Jones Junction. More
We are a returning Toyota customer, Welcomed @ the dealership and they went and got the car we wanted. They didn't have one in stock,But wasn't happy with the resale value of current trade-in. Toyota cars do depreciate compared to other vehicles. Trucks hold much greater resale value. More
Very good experience leasing a 2012 Camry as a current Toyota leasee. I did my homework and knew my preferences before my first visit. Received full tour from Rob without being rushed, received very competitive offer from Tim the sales manager (after he understood my other options), while both respected my desire to think it over a day without a hard sell approach. I was back in 24 hrs to seal the deal. I give highest marks to Rob. I look forward to all the fringe benefits of being a Jones customer. The only quibble, which is true at almost every dealership, is that in this day and age of advanced IT, there is still too much paperwork to sign and too much time waiting for the paperwork to be generated. From the time we shook hands on the deal, it still took close to two hours to be finished with everything, and it probably would have been longer if I weren't already a Toyota leasee. At least it only happens every few years. More
We weren't looking forward to buying a new truck because of how annoying most car dealers are and Rob was different. He knew everything about the truck and made the transaction easy. I initally saw Rachel, she was GREAT. Set me up for warranty service, with a plan to drop off my vehicle to be kept overnight. I returned to dealership to drop off my vehicle on 11/29. Rachel was off that evening. I was promptly welcomed, and the receptionist asked a service associate - Steve, to assist me. I watched him take care of a few things, then continue to ignore me. At least twice the receptionist went to him to remind him I was waiting. I watched him take care of other customers that came in after me, while I continued to wait. Eventually (after 20 to 25 minutes while I was standing in the service bay), another person assited me, and she had me checked in in just a few minutes. The service had already been scheduled, and all I was doing was dropping off a vehicle. It was completely rude that Steve ignored me. Just because I was not his initial customer and I was having warranty work done I feel like he had no interest in helping me. More
