We have not bought a new car in 7 years and our experince at Jones was hands down a great experience much better than when we bought our last car from another dealership. I said it when we bought the 4Runne at Jones was hands down a great experience much better than when we bought our last car from another dealership. I said it when we bought the 4Runner "we bought a car we were not sold one." The Jones Toyota family made it feel more like an outing than a car purchase. Hot dogs, manicures and great people made the day. We got the car we have been wanting for the last year a 4Runner and paid what was fair. We went to other places before going to Jones and the service friendliness of Jones was head and shoulders above other dealerships in the area. Thanks Jones and you got me for a lifetime. From the friendly greeter that introduced us to Mr. Hightower, to the process of working with a no presure sales rep. and signing the paperwork with a business manager that showed us all our options on financing and warrantees and additional services offered by Jones. We knew we bought the truck we wanted from the right place. We are a member of the Jones family and know if we need anything they will be there for us. Thanks again we love our 4Runner and love Jones. The Olmsteads More
Jones Toyota was completely ineffective dealing with repairing my engine. Over several days I was lied to about what they could do about replacing/repairing the engine in my RAV4. I purchased the RAV4 a repairing my engine. Over several days I was lied to about what they could do about replacing/repairing the engine in my RAV4. I purchased the RAV4 at Jones and had the service work performed there. The engine had 83K miles on it and they were unwilling to help. In fact, after I originally reported my problem to dealer rater in December, 2011 the customer relations dept (Rachael LaMacchia) promised a resolution of my complaint but she stopped returning phone calls and never resolved the matter . I suffered a loss of $ 10,000 because I had to sell them the the car less an adjustment for the blown engine. DON'T deal with Jones Toyota More
My vehicle is only six months old and everytime I had Jones do something to it, my vehicle is given back to me with something wrong, Jones was sorry and tried to fix things but my vehicle is given back t Jones do something to it, my vehicle is given back to me with something wrong, Jones was sorry and tried to fix things but my vehicle is given back to me with something wrong. Nothing has been real major, but I am not sure about you but I like my license plate and NFL frame to be straight and not broken into two. I also do not like that my vehicle that is only six months old that went in for an oil change and Auto Butler to come back to me with the drivers floor board black. When they put my license plate on the front of my vehicle thet scrated the paint on the bumber and did not tell me about it, once again they was sorry and attempted to fix it. I would not recomment Jones Junction to no one for other than buying a veicle from them, do not get any of their other offered services because in the long run it will cost you more money and a lot of headaches. If I knew this is what is was like to deal with Jones I would have rather bought elsewhere. More
I purchased a car from Jones Junction pre-owned in early fall 2011, the car turned out to be a complete disaster. I had fallen in love with it aesthetically but had no idea how much wool that the employees fall 2011, the car turned out to be a complete disaster. I had fallen in love with it aesthetically but had no idea how much wool that the employees of Jones Junction would try to pull in front of my eyes. In the two months that I owned this vehicle it spent the majority of it's time in their auto and body shop. I used half a tank (the original tank of gas from purchase) the entire time I had this vehicle. Upon realizing that this was the biggest mistake I ever made, I began the project of trying to trade this vehicle back in for a reliable one. After looking everywhere and speaking with multiple dealers it was clear that all of the one-of-a kind features that my car had actually brought down the value... the exact opposite of what I was told at purchase. I ended up going back to Jones, as they gave me the best offer on trade. Let me clarify when I say "best offer" that means in two months I lost 8,000 dollars. Strangely enough one of the reasons that I was told the buyback was so low on my car was that they would have to find a wholesaler to buy my car since the cooler months were approaching. Funny enough I drove by the other day and there sits my vehicle across the street at the used lot. Out of curiousity I went online to see what it was listed for, the photos of the car still had my air freshener inside. Oh and it said one previous owner which I thought was strange considering it had "one previous owner" prior to my purchase. After speaking with a few different salesmen on the new car side of Jones, I had decided I wanted to purchase the 2012 rs 7.0 scion tc. The first sales person I spoke to was completely unwilling to help me which again turned me away. I finally contacted Jerry Flores, a new car salesman at Jones Scion and he was nothing but helpful. He was the ONLY one that did everything that he could to help me and get me into my new car. I walked in that night, car fresh from delivery with one mile on it. He had all the papers ready to sign and on the table. I started to think that maybe I had just experienced bad luck with Jones previously. That was until I brought my car in for service!!! I decided around Christmas that I wanted to purchase the after market paint protection on my vehicle. I called and spoke with one of the girls and paid over the phone and made the appointment for application. So far so good, they got me a loaner car and I was sent on my way. However, they never called me to tell me that my vehicle's work had been completed so I had to take it upon myself to drive all the way back to Bel Air and check for myself. When I got there I was told the representative was already gone for the day. My scion then needed an oil change and was also having problems when driving, it would shake pretty badly when slowing down or coming to a stop. I originally had used the website to schedule a service appointment but after not receiving a response back for a week I called and told them that service couldn't wait. The next day I brought my car in for service, the person who was assigned to help me (Mitch) had no idea what he was doing, I felt bad for him as he said he had only been working in this department for a few weeks. For some reason they kept asking if I purchased my vehicle there b/c there was no VIN number listed. Then the information that was linked to my vehicle was incorrect, including phone numbers that were not even similar to my own. I left after two hours with a loaner car. The next day around noon, I had not heard anything from the dealer so I decided to call and see what the status of my car's repairs were. I was told that the master technician was on lunch and when he returned I would get a call. Five hours later, Mitch calls to tell me that they have LOST the keypad to my car and are locked out. Meaning that they would have to order a new keypad, which was over 170 miles away and then get it programmed to my vehicle and then complete the work. He asked if I could bring them the last set of keys to my car, which I was not so comfortable doing as the tech lost them the first time. I was told my vehicle had been blocked in "just in case" which was not comforting to me at all. After coming into the dealership, I was forwarded to Larry who told me that unfortunately these things do happen and he apologized and sent me to speak with Gary, the service manager. I have no complaints about Gary, he was not there when the problem occurred with my car and assured me that they would get everything worked out. However, didnt seem to understand why I was still upset. After my car being at Jones nearly a week, I was able to pick it up. One of the problems they say is not an issue at all, so we'll monitor that. I had been told repeatedly that they would "kill" the missing keypad, as my car opens from the touch of handle. I was skeptical as to how this would happen considering it would only make sense that you would actually need that key for that to happen. However I was told that the new keys were programmed on a different frequency and that the old key would no longer work. I bought into that until I remembered what Jerry and the finance guy had told me the night I purchased my car. They said if for any reason the keypad didn't work there was a real key inside of the keypad. So I asked how even if the new keypads had a new frequency, how the actual key would be different. The answer is, its not. Someone still has an actual key to my car, which will open it and allow it to start but not stay running. I'm supposed to be satisfied with my service though. Guess I just cant keep anything in my car. I will never purchase from Jones again, I should have listened to other people who had experiences with this dealership prior to my purchases. More
Traded in my old car and received exactly what other dealerships had quoted me on the trade, so that wasn't an issue at all. The "Free iPad 2 with your trade in" promotion that they were runn dealerships had quoted me on the trade, so that wasn't an issue at all. The "Free iPad 2 with your trade in" promotion that they were running was a complete scam though. I was informed by Kris, through Jerry, that since I received a special price on my car ($1 less than MSRP would still qualify as a "special price", FYI), that I didn't qualify for the free iPad, even though I traded in my car. Pretty shady promotion, and hopefully this isn't how this dealership normally operates. When it was all said and done, and the dust settled, I got the car that I wanted, at the price that I had set in my mind before walking in the front door. We'll see how the Jones for a Lifetime plays out, and hopefully I'll have nothing but good things to say about their service department. We'll see. More
I have been unconditionally happy with Jones Junction Toyota ever since I purchased a 2010 Toyota Sequoia. I consider it to be my automotive dealership for life. Toyota ever since I purchased a 2010 Toyota Sequoia. I consider it to be my automotive dealership for life. More
My issue is that a Jones' commercial states you will get an ipad2 for a trade-in before January 31. When we brought that up we were told it was either an ipad or a reflection in the price we would pay for an ipad2 for a trade-in before January 31. When we brought that up we were told it was either an ipad or a reflection in the price we would pay for the car. In other words the ad does not say that taking the ipad would increase the cost of our offer for the car I find the commercial deceptive and was disappointed at the outcome. The ad should clearly state it is a choice of an ipad or a reduction in price. Not happy at all about that. We bought an almost $40k vehicle, our 4th new car and 8 total to include used ones. More

We have now bought our 6th, maybe 7th (I've lost count!) vehicle from the Jones dealership. We have bought used and new vehicles there, mostly Chrysler products, and now our first Toyota. The people there vehicle from the Jones dealership. We have bought used and new vehicles there, mostly Chrysler products, and now our first Toyota. The people there couldn't be nicer and are anxious to help in anyway they can. The "Jones For Life" program was something we had with our last vehicle and now have with this one. It is a good program and has lots of benefits, including free oil changes, and the fact that they will actually come and get your car at home, leave you a car to get around in while it's gone, and then bring your own car back to you after it is serviced. You don't even have to go to the dealer if you don't want to, however, the snacks that they serve in the waiting rooms are great and you can even get a free manicure while you wait for your car! In the survey above, I did not give them "Great" for the price, because I do think that you can get the same car cheaper at some other dealers. However, the extras that you get when you buy a car from Jones, especially the "Jones For Life" program and the nice people there make it worth the extra that you pay. It certainly brings us back every time we are in the market for another vehicle!! More
