Went in to have an oil change on my Highlander and my 11 year old daughter fell in love with the Yaris LE. She said, "Mom, it is so cute can we get it?" We were replacing an older Honda. Now we are a complete Toyota family with a Yaris, Corolla and Highlander. We love the Jones for a lifetime plan and I told my daughter that when she is old enough to get a car she can get any car she wants as long as it comes from a Jones dealership. Keep up the good work! I did not expect to purchase a new car at all, however, since I had one day to do so I went to the dealer who sold me my last three vehicle...My experience was the best of them all. I walked through 3 of the lots and found my best fitdriving a 2012 6 cylinder Toyota RAV4 in the EXACT color that I had envisioned. Scott Burgess greeted us with a radiant smile (as did all of the individuals who followed...Jen, Ray and the mystery man). I was given all of the information I needed, got the price I had researched at an outstanding interest rate. The facilities were more immaculate than I remembered and the employees (even on a Saturday) smiling, congenial and most of all, warm and welcoming. The "Jones for a Lifetime" and other "package deal" protecting my vehicle with a money back component AND the oil change, car wash and manicure haha, as well as, food! is just icing on the cake! I have been a customer of Jones Junction since 1996 and hope to keep them a part of our family for a Lifetime...."They had me at HELLO" hahahaha More
The team at Jones was very reasonable to negotiate with. Many additional perks that make sense in buying a vehicle at Jones. Overall I am pleased with my buying experience with Jones Toyota. I had been working with one salesman who helped me decide on the Venza. On the day I came back to buy a car I discovered that he had been f Toyota. I had been working with one salesman who helped me decide on the Venza. On the day I came back to buy a car I discovered that he had been fired. I understand that in the car sales business one must produce to keep a job. Even so, it was a disappointment to learn that the salesman I would have preferred had his last day only two days before I made it back to buy. Tim, sales manager, assigned Adam Harrow to complete the sale. Adam was competent and got through the paperwork quickly. The only snag in the process was an up-charge of $600.00 to cover any unseen problems with my trade-in vehicle. In my opinion, a dealer makes an offer to buy my car. Once we agree on a price, it is done, but not at Jones Toyota. At Jones Toyota, an attempt is made to squeeze a little more cash out of the customer who has been under the impression that a trade in value has been set. Upon seeing the $600.00 up-charge to me I questioned Adam who immediately went to get Tim, his manager. Tim would not budge on the trade-in up-charge. I should have walked out. I did not. Later I noticed that there was almost $0.00 spent in preparing my trade-in vehicle for sale on Jones' used car lot. Their expenses consisted of removing three window stickers, a no-charge state inspection certificate and a run through the car wash. Pretty disappointing. As I said, I made a choice to NOT walk out when it was clear I was being taken advantage of. I do not regret my choice, but feel it is a shame that a car dealer that seems to try build a good reputation resorts to such tactics in the sales process. More
We had the best car buying experience we have ever had at Jones. Our salesman, John Hightower, was super friendly and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle we purchased, PriusC. I am very satisfied with the customer service at Jones Junction Toyota. The salesman was very friendly and helpful in my search for the perfect car for my needs.
