I went to Jones Junction to purchase a used car that I had seen on the Jones Junction website. I went to Carmax first, had my vehicle appraised, and took the offer with me to Jones. They begrudgingly agreed to give me the same amount for my car. After test driving numerous cars, I ended up leaving with nothing. Six days later, I returned, with my Carmax offer still in hand. I found a car that I wanted to purchase, and the dealership REFUSED to give me the amount that Carmax listed. The car was filthy, I had to BEG for floor mats, I did not get a full tank of gas with the purchase of my vehicle, the tires needed to be replaced, and it was overpriced! What a total rip off. Luckily, I have been able to deter at least 10 people from purchasing there. I have had my car for less than a year, and every time I take it in to be serviced, they always find "something" wrong with it. The "free" oil change always costs me AT LEAST $100. I have taken my car to the carwash twice, and both times, it looks like someone just sprayed water on it. IT COMES OUT DIRTY! I could do a better job in my sleep! I was warned before buying there, and I should have taken the advice. I will never return there to buy. More

They were kind of rushing me towards the end because it was late. Mr. Gary was also sidetracking us talking about his dog. I dont know if it was to be friendly or to mislead me of what i was signing.with rushing to make sure they got a sale.
