From the time I walked in the front door, Jones Toyota treated me like royalty. I was greeted by a friendly hostess and was quickly shown the way to my salesman’s office cubicle. Before I knew it, I had test driven two new Camrys, one hybrid and one all gasoline. Soon after and with all of my questions answered and my concerns addressed, Josh had me signing on the dotted line before the end of the hour. The rest is history, as I rolled off the lot with a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. More

i am a young first time new car buyer and when i walked into the dealership i expected to get screwed over just because of my inexperience with buying new cars. This was not the case at all! Adam Harrow, my sales rep, didn't try to haggle me to get a more expensive car and i didn't have to negotiate the price of the car i was buying at all. Everything was very straight forward. I went into Jones Junction to look at a Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima and Hyundai Sonata. Scott worked with me to test drive all three vehicles without any issues. This was our first purchase from Jones Junction. I did not feel like we were being pressured in to buying the car at all. They knew we were looking at other dealers. They gave me a $1,000 higher offer on not feel like we were being pressured in to buying the car at all. They knew we were looking at other dealers. Perhaps some other dealer could have done a little better... but if these people are going to pick up my car, change the oil, return it, then warranty it forever, I'm not going to stop them. Great experience so far. If they live up to the hype, they will see me for the next car. More

I went there to possibly purchase a car, I felt bad from the get go. Sales people there are very cut throat in what they want which is a big turn off for me. That is because they are Jones for life time well that is bad because they don't come down in price because they offer you to get your nails done, free oil changes, free delivery and pick up, free car washes, etc etc. Well that to me is not free when to pay for it in the higher prices so it is not free to me and others should agree. And you have to get the service done there if you want your engine warranty that they offer. That to me is bad because I want to go where I want to go.I rather travel to another state or dealership then going to Jones which is minutes from my house. Avoid all dealerships that said there dealerships for life because they are not. SO please choose another car dealership before purchasing a car from Jones. Plus they are killing off business in Belair. More

From the moment I stepped into the dealership I felt like the staff cared. The salesman was unbelieveably knowledgeable and very helpful. Adam, my salesman came out to the car with me and showed me the bells and whistles as this car is different than most. I get great service on my car when I bring it in for maintanance for life. Can't beat that. I have told many others at work about my experience and hope some will buy a new car from Jones Toyota. Very happy Bob More

I am very pleased with Jones Junction. I bought a Toyota, Camry 10 years ago from Jones and never had one problem with the car. The salesperson 10 years ago and the dealership was so great it made me want to Camry 10 years ago from Jones and never had one problem with the car. When it comes time for another car I don't have to think twice where to go. I will be going back to Jones and hopefully see Steve or Josh again to handle my transaction. More
