Before I set-up an appointment with Jones Junction, I obtained quotes from other dealership. Therefore, I was prepared and knew the highest price I would pay for a Toyota Corolla I showed a quote from obtained quotes from other dealership. John did not use a high power sale pitch. He was very easy to work with and gave my a good deal. Ray Wolf handled the financial part of the transaction and was a little pushy about purchasing an additional warranty for the car. I did not purchased an addition warranty. Ray ashed me why, I told him the I purchased a great car and would rather have the extra money in my pocket. More
Overall the dealership experience was okay (3/5). The customer service I received during the negotiation process on purchasing my car seemed to me quite demeaning. I was going back and forth with the employees at the dealership over dollars (not talking hundreds of dollars either). Made me feel a little disrespected to tell you the truth. Nothing I was asking for felt unreasonable especially because I informed Jones that I sought their service over one of their regional competitors. To add insult to injury their employees preceded to nickel and dime me (over two-hundred dollars) with my trade-in. If I had a twitter account I would’ve tweeted to any and everybody at that point in time of my disgust over the deal. I was quite upset and the only reason why I didn't leave the dealership is because I pretty much completed all the necessary paperwork and had been at the dealership for over 6 hours going through everything. As an Armed Forces veteran I thought I deserved a little more respect than that. The best part of the experience was when it was finally over. If I would recommend a friend of mine visit Jones for a vehicle purchase I would give them a fair warning about my experience and what can potentially happen. I have not had my vehicle serviced yet but hopefully that experience will be a lot more pleasant than the one I experienced. This was the experience in a nutshell: Would not recommend at this moment in time, customer service was okay, and not sold on the "Jones experience" that I heard about. More
Prior to going to Jones Junction, I went to another dealership that was unable to do what Jones ended up doing for me. They gave me a great deal for my trade and were able to explain every option possi dealership that was unable to do what Jones ended up doing for me. They gave me a great deal for my trade and were able to explain every option possible for me. My salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They had a large selection of many different makes and models on the lot, and if they don't have exactly what you want, they can get it there quick!! I am very glad I went with Jones Junction, not only because of the great service I received that day, but also because of the future great service I am sure they will provide! I was recommended by a previous buyer and I would definitely recommend Jones Junction to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! More
I went to Jones for the "dealer for life" program to see how they would compare to other dealers I had been to...they were very friendly, listened to what I was looking for and came back with program to see how they would compare to other dealers I had been to...they were very friendly, listened to what I was looking for and came back with what I thought was a great deal! I purchased another Toyota, hoping that they have corrected their issues with frame rust. I just completed my sixth new car purchase at Jones. I traded in my 2001 Toyota Highlander with 224,998 miles for a Toyota RAV4 with 2 miles on it.
