I recently went to Jones after my engine light came on. I had stopped going their for a few years after a horrible experience. [Let's just say that oil should stay in the car after a service visit] Only went had stopped going their for a few years after a horrible experience. [Let's just say that oil should stay in the car after a service visit] Only went their because I know they could figure out what's going on with my car. I drove in and within a couple of minutes the service person Mike introduced himself and went over to my car with me. He checked my gas cap to see if that was the problem. [it wasnt] Mike had the mechanic look over my entire car and find out what was causing the light to come on. He not only explained what the problem was but went over everything that was going on with the car. He spelled out the repairs and the prices and explained everything so I could understand. What impressed me most was that Mike did not try to sell me unnecessary service but just wanted to help me. I do not know much about cars and as a woman I am an easy target. It is good to know a honest service person that will spend time walking you through everything and won't rip you off. Mike called just to check on all the repairs and see if I had any questions. Needless to say I will be calling jones for service again next time. More
