Every detail was covered about the price prior to us saying what we were willing to put down to get us into a monthly payment we wanted. the Highlander had to be brought in from out of state and Robert came in on his off day to deliver and show the features of the vehicle plus set up things like the blue tooth.the wife and I are totaly pleased with the Highlandser and our sales personand the Jones Toyota experience. I view busy as good, lots of repeat customers who must be there for a reason. The financing rate was better than my bank generic web quote so that was also a plus. Finally while various options were offered and the value of them brought to my attention there was no hard sell of things I did not want so that made the process a pleasure. The experience with Jones and Joshua was very comfortable so I intend to make sure Jones is on my go back to list. More
