A work of excellence and the utmost professionalism I have ever experienced when purchasing a car. He talks to me like a friend and not just a customer. But Steve was not alone, the sales managers did an outstanding job to pull everything together as quickly as they could. Jason Honkofsky was exceptional from the start. He went the extra mile to locate the Highlander in the right color and exactly they way I wanted . Jason followed up with a phone call to make sure i was happy and during the call I explained I was a bit disappointed with the function of the radio. Then the wrong remote start was put in my car. Then I was told (after being lied to for 3 weeks by Rob Gill), that I would not receive any reimbursement for my previous vehicle's cancellation of the Extended Warranty and GAP coverage. I have to sue them in civil court for this. I would not wish Jones Toyota on my worst enemy! More

The only reliable and honest person I have dealt with is the service advisor, Ian jones. Beyond him the repairs have been horrible. I have been told our corolla needed repair of $1,800 and more but turned the service advisor, Ian jones. Beyond him the repairs have been horrible. I have been told our corolla needed repair of $1,800 and more but turned out after checking it elsewhere that it was bull. I asked for managers to explain but he wouldn't even come over ... Next visit I went to a manager and he never came back to explain why I was told I needed a repair for $1,800 when it was a $45 repair. Service advisor looked at system but what do you know, nothing in there about my previous visit saying I needed $1,800 repair and all 3 of those employees are no longer there? Now because no one has helped get to the bottom of it all I am left contacting toyota corp., and the better business bureau. I also have a sienna that has left their service department with all 4 tires at 25 psi when it was in there for my tire rotation, check, and scheduled maintenance. Those tires were not rotated and at 24,000 am told they are balding and I need new ones. The manager never came back with an explanation when I expressed concerns for regular maintenance that I don't believe they are doing in the back. They have stated they checked tire pressure, rotated tires, etc ... But nothing was done. The sad part is that with my husbands car having 200k we will be in need of another car and had they just come back and given me an explanation or showed some kind of responsibility to the negligence, we would probably have been understanding that it happens and be looking at a new car from jones. The fact that on more than one occasion a manager has not come back and given us the courtesy of an explanation we feel they know its going on and are not taking any responsibility in what goes on in repairs. customers are being taken advantage of. I'm not telling anyone not to buy from jones junction but I do feel people should know our experience being no one at jones seems to care and the problems continue to happen. More
