I had a horrible experience here while trying to by my second car. It was so bad, I ended up storming out of there after wasting hours of my life with nothing but frustration to show for it. I had an ap second car. It was so bad, I ended up storming out of there after wasting hours of my life with nothing but frustration to show for it. I had an appointment with Steve Pigotto one evening to close a deal and brought along a friend who had grown up working in the car sales industry. I had also pulled an ad on the Jones Toyota website for the car I wanted and a very reasonable internet price (it was last year's model). Steve tried to quote me a price that was way above the price on the internet so I whipped out the print-out I had brought along. It was at this point that he got straight up condescending. I guess he thought that I was just some dumb broad who couldn't read plain English as he tried to give me some BS about the fine print writing - he was trying to say that for tax purposes, they would have to charge me the full price that he initially quoted me for the car. He was making no sense and speaking in circles so when my friend and I called him on either a) he didn't know what he was talking about or b) Jones was using bait and switch advertising to get people in to their dealership, which is illegal, he started to talk in circles again and tried to make us feel stupid. What really burns me up too is that when I set up the appointment with Steve to come back and buy the car, I told him that it was the one under the Specials section on their website. However, when I got there, he was completely caught off guard by the price that I presented to him (he mentioned that he had no idea how that price got on the website). Not my problem you didn't spend 30 seconds checking into this price before I got there. And if you're going to be a jerk to me, then you can bet your bippy I will take my business elsewhere. This Pigotto guy singlehandedly gives car salesmen a bad name. More

When I showed up at Jones Josh greeted my husband and I very politely. I told him the things I was looking for in a car and he pointed me to the Toyota Corolla. I test drove the car and found that it was everything I needed in a car. The price we negotiated and I was very satisfied with the results. I am leasing my Corolla currently and I am most likely going to end up buying it at the end of my three year lease. The car has never given me any problems and the service department is very up to date with calling me when I need my scheduled services. I would definitely recommend Jones to anyone looking for a car. More
.Jheury Moran used car sales manager; he really took care of everything that I need done with my truck. I just brought a 2010 Dodge Journey, last month be it had a really bad smoke smell that just would not of everything that I need done with my truck. I just brought a 2010 Dodge Journey, last month be it had a really bad smoke smell that just would not come out. So I called Jheury and told him he really has to do something about this smell. So he told me to bring it in to have the smoke smell taking out. On Weds day I drop my truck off to him he gave me a nice rental to uses while they were working on my truck. On Friday I pick up my truck from Jones Used Car lot. I must say that I was very pleased with the great work that Jheury and his m did over at Jones Used Car Sales... If I ever need a new or use car or truck I will be going back to Jones Junction More
The sales man I had Adam Harrow took care of our needs and took the time to assist my mother in how to use all the features Her new Preius has. Adam was very curtious as well as freindly. When it came time to go over the sale and discuss the trade in and terms, the sales manager had to be involved, and this is were it went BAD. The sales manager wich i did not get his name made my mother and myself feel like he was the customer and we should help him out. his deminor as well as his atitude shall i say was not welcome. He was short abrupt and demining to our questions. As if he was saying here it is take it or leave it, and looked at us like well whats it going to be. The sales man Adam stayed out of this but was there. After the manager left we talked it over and my mom really liked the car. So we started the paper work. I had a question for my sales man and it was at least 15 minutes and we have not seen him. Now we already agreed to buy the car and I wanted the new car brought around to get her things out of the trade and I wanted to ask my sales man that question. I found him in another booth with another customer. OK he is a sales man. Im not upset about that. I went to the sevice desk and asked the sales manager how much how long my sales man would be. Again he acted like I was a bother to him although he was just sitting there looking arouond. so he got up and yelled out to Adam How much longer your other customer wants to know? He yelled it with an atitude like I had no reason to ask. I thought I was the customer, and I am buying a car the sales was over lets get the paper work done. Adam apologised for not coming back and for his managers atitude. We finished and my mom loves her car but JONES prides itself on customer satisfaction and its there on the staff but WOW it sure wasen't present on the management side. They preach it but I sure didn't feel it from management. More
