I recently visited Jones Toyota in Bel Air. After an extensive search for the perfect car my husband and I decided on a Toyota Highlander, which was highly recommended by the few auto mechanics we consulted. When we entered the Jones Junction Toyo and I decided on a Toyota Highlander, which was highly recommended by the few auto mechanics we consulted. When we entered the Jones Junction Toyota dealership we were greeted by the very kind petite Tracey, who was knowledge and very helpful throughout our visit. She then introduced us to Devin Gaskins. Devin gave us a tour of the dealership grounds, showed us numerous cars and gave us excellent advice and tips on all the cars we looked at. He had a challenge ahead of him because any car my husband could get into I could not and visa versa. Throughout this whole ordeal Devin Gaskins was kind, patient, knowledge and understanding…….After a few days he called to see how the new car was working out for us. He ranks Tops # 1 in my book…. Bought a new vehicle, upon delivery noticed several problems. Was assured that it would all be fixed ASAP with no inconvience to me. Almost two weeks later, I am still waiting and no one from the dealership will call or email me back about my concerns. (i have left both emails and phone messages). I have taken it upon myself to set up service which I have to wait another week and a half for because they are "just so busy". Besides being unorganized and having to repeat myself numerous times on the actual sales day, the buying experience was ok. Kim in finance was fantastic. My experience since then has been terrible. Worst car buying experience that I have ever had. I am hoping my service experience next week improves my outlook on the dealership. More
