This was my third purchase from Jones, and I had the best experience than any other time. Jerry made me feel at ease. I recently stopped in to Toyota Service with some concerns about my 2008 Saturn Vue, I spoke to Larry (Service Director) because my dad has had good experiences with this service center, he had a tec concerns about my 2008 Saturn Vue, I spoke to Larry (Service Director) because my dad has had good experiences with this service center, he had a technition (did not get his name, he was also very friendly) do a quick check to ease my mind as I will be traveling out of state soon as I am a military wife, I expressed that I may want to check into possibly purchasing a new vehicle as my traveling may become more freaquent, Larry was very helpful, he took me around to three different brand stores within the dealership to find just the right SUV for my needs & budget, I did buy a brand new 2013 Dodge Journey, & even though it is not a Toyota, I feel that this group of people in this service department deserve a mention. I just wanted to write to commend the above employees on excellent customer service. We were having an issue with my husbands Toyota Tundra and had went to the dealership to discuss options on how to fix th excellent customer service. When we arrived we were met with managers from several of their departments. During this visit we were treated with the utmost respect. The final outcome was unbelievable customer service. I was truly impressed. Steve treated us like customers should be treated. He had the customers come first attitude. He is the true definition of what a manger should be. After meeting with Steve we finished our business with Tim Wojo and Adam Harrow. They too went above and beyond what we expected. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but can honestly say yesterday at Jones' was one of the best customer services we have ever received anywhere. Great job !!!!
