My wife and I were in the market for a van to replace my beat up honda odyssey. My wife was in the market also f or a new car with bluetooth streaming and gps nav. We started out with the van, saw the one i wanted online at this dealership and just fell in love with it, the problem was, Adam couldn't find the van nor the other employees . But here's where Adam exceled, he looked and looked for the vanuntil he found it. The day befor we went to Jones junction, we looked at another dealer but the salesman was rude, pushy and didn't know anything about the sienna. All he kept answering us was"I don't know.." what a joke. Here at Jones, no mob rushed to us, made us look around the lot and when we were ready, we asked the main desk to see someone about the sienna. Adam was very patient with us and knew his vehicles inside out. We ended up buying two vehicles there because my wife loved the way they treated us. Yes we recommend this dealer. I heard the advertisement for Jones Junction on a Christian radio station WRBS. Their standards are high, my wife and my daughter got their free manicure too, i thinkthat's what struck the deal....well, again Adam was very proffesional and so were the rest of the gang there. Tim the manager was very helpful too. Very jolly and happy t help us. Thanks again Jones Junction. Keep up the good work. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new Toyota 4Runner. We did all our own research, selected the exact vehicle and options that we wanted, and then started shopping dealerships. We wanted to fi 4Runner. We did all our own research, selected the exact vehicle and options that we wanted, and then started shopping dealerships. We wanted to find a place that gave us the best deal and treated as well. We contacted several dealerships; some quoted us entirely different vehicles and were immediately written off, some quoted us decent figures and were considered, and we eventually contacted Jones Junction Toyota where we received the best quote of any. We started communicating back and forth with the people at Jones, stressing exactly what we wanted. The people at Jones informed us that they have the exact vehicle we requested and showed us the invoice. We negotiated on price and I asked how they were on financing. The Sales Manager, Tom, told us that they could work with us on financing, but that it was contingent on credit - which made sense. Since Jones Junction was already in the lead as far as pricing was concerned - and because they had treated us so well - I decided to go forward and give them my information to start evaluting the financing. After a couple days, we decided we would seal the deal with Jones Junction since no other dealership I contacted could match them. I use USAA as my primary financing institution and had them lined up for financing, figuring Jones wouldn't be able to compete. Tom told me that they would be able to match USAA's figure and I told him I'd be there the next day. When I arrived at the dealership, they showed us the vehicle, exactly as described and invoiced, let us try it out (even though we'd previously test driven another one), and we got to work on the papers. Jerry Flores was extremely nice and helpful through the whole process and we got through most of the paperwork with ease. Tom Gullivan came out with the financing papers and told us that he was able to beat USAA's finance rate and I was amazed. This dealership, who already had the deal in the bag at this point, did better than agreed upon. After completing the papers, they sent the 4Runner for one lsat pass through the carwash and they showed us the whole facility: the service area, the waiting area, the hot dog stand and the nail painting station (those last two made me laugh, though we didn't avail ourselves). Shortly after, we drove off in our new vehicle. I was more than pleased with the entire process and I would recommend the people at Jones to anyone who wants a Toyota. More
