He was a lovely conversationalist and made the commute enjoyable. Dave was our financier and although everything took waaay longer than expected due to a new computer system being adopted and the internet being fussy….everyone made the wait bearable. I received a letter from Ford regarding a software glitch in the emissions system of my truck. I called, got an appointment about 2 weeks out. I have been waiting nearly a year for my complimentary oil change. Every time I call, they are scheduling out further and further. I just purchased a 2021 F-150 from Jones Ford Verde Valley. Let me first start by saying this was "THE" most positive experience I have ever had purchasing a truck or car. Our sales representative Mike Owings, was nothing but polite, courteous and low key. I never felt any pressure and they didn't play any of the usual dealer price games like many of the other major brand car dealers I've dealt with in the past. Dave, the Finance/Sales Manager was equally as pleasant to deal with. Mid-way through the purchasing process we encountered a hiccup with a pricing misunderstnding , but Dave and the General Manager worked it out in just a few minutes and my wife and I were on our way with our new truck. Don't waste your time driving to the Valley in search of a new vehicle when you can buy locally and be treated respectfully, fairly and have fun with the whole purchsing process. I bought a used truck on 12/12/20, While I test drove it, I told the salesman the traction control light was on, he doing, he just kind of ignore me about it. I took in home n driving down the freeway I got I told the salesman the traction control light was on, he doing, he just kind of ignore me about it. I took in home n driving down the freeway I got pull over because my brake light was on all the time, and I found out that I was low a qt of oil, checking it, it was dirty, I change the oil, then they call n say I need to have it emission tested because without it I cant get my plate for it, all this should have ben done before they put the vehicle on the front line, they want me to mail them the emissions paper to them, I think they not there to help their customer, just sell them vehicle, I haven't got a call from them to this day asking me how the truck is. I would not recommend them. More

Bought a 2020 F-350 Lariat DRW Diesel. The truck is fabulous. Our salesman, Larry Parker, was knowledgeable and patient. Only disappointment was through Ford on their discount for veterans.
