I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford F-250 from Robert - davidhanscooke

I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford F-250 from Robert Heins at Jones Ford Verde Valley. This was my first out of state vehicle purchase, and it could not have gone any smoother! Robert was easy to work with and accommodated all of my requests for photos and videos before I purchased the truck. He shared a professional walkaround video, along with additional photos, that gave me a clear view of the vehicle and helped me feel confident in my decision. He promptly answered all of my questions and was personable throughout the entire process. Although Jones Ford Verde Valley does not offer interstate shipping in-house, Robert was able to make a helpful recommendation that pointed me in the right direction. He was able to provide me with the level of customer service I required to confidently purchase an out of state vehicle and arrange my own transportation from Arizona to New York. We were able to agree on a final price I was comfortable with, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Rob, for all your help! I highly recommend Robert Heins and Jones Ford Verde Valley to anyone considering a out-of-state vehicle purchase.
