Almost defeated, I expanded my search radius and found Jones Ford Verde Valley. The exact truck I was looking for, the one I was told by multiple dealers no longer existed, was displayed on their website. I called right away and Joey Gonzales answered the phone. Within minutes, he had the keys in hand and was standing next to the truck. I quickly made a deposit and booked a flight for two days later. Joey offered to send a car to Phoenix Sky Harbor for me. Not something I was expecting. A great 1.5 hour ride with Mack and I was sitting in front of Joey. He couldn't have been more polite, calm, accommodating, and genuine. He walked me out to the truck, asked for my phone, connected me to the truck and explained everything I needed to know. Next up was the financing office and Paul Homer. We had the paperwork completed in a couple of hours and I was driving back to California in my new truck. The process could not have been smoother and the people friendlier. All in all, it was a great experience. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Jones Ford Verde Valley.
