I was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours after I picked out my car! Every employee in the showroom made me and my 13yr old daughter feel very welcome! Whether we needed a snack, something to drink or a quick phone charge they had everything we needed! Craig took great care of us and made the car buying experience very painless! Dealership Fraud After being a loyal customer for 10 years and purchasing 4 different luxury Chrysler 300's for cash, my last vehicle, a 2018 300 S, turned out to be a After being a loyal customer for 10 years and purchasing 4 different luxury Chrysler 300's for cash, my last vehicle, a 2018 300 S, turned out to be a lemon. After wasting hundreds of hours and a dozen trips to the service, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle; although the radio would arbitrarily wipe out all of my pre-programed radio stations at least once a day; my phone was unpaired from the system and had to be re-paired every day; the air conditioner would blow hot air on the passenger side when the controls were set on the lowest setting; there was no "Android Auto App" present so I could only reply to text messages with one word responses, and the backup camera would work only about 50% of the time. The vehicle was reported to Chrysler Customer Service as a lemon, but they refused to do anything to help me as their "computer" listed my auto as being perfect in every respect. I finally gave up and sold the car, taking a huge loss for the depreciation on the vehicle. BEWARE ANYONE THAT BUYS A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More

Battery Replacement of $496.60. Takes service 1 Hour. Have been purchasing parts and service from this dealership for a couple years now with the business I own. Brought car in for service. Determined tha Have been purchasing parts and service from this dealership for a couple years now with the business I own. Brought car in for service. Determined that the battery was bad which I had just bought outside of there. They threw away my old battery and refused to give me the core on it even though I just bought it for $300 a few months ago. Manager said 100% the old battery is bad but it had a warranty on it and I could have exchanged it FREE. Said "Says Bosch Batterys are horrible, Too bad we just threw it away like all the other cores." So basically having spent around $40,000 in parts with different vehicles there over the past 2 years with my business, I got stuffed with a $500 ticket that was a Battery Diagnostic and New Battery Replacement. Again, $500 was for a mechanic to look at the car and say it needs a new battery and replace it for $500. The battery was brand new in it and I could have got a warranty for free on it only paying diagnostic fees. Definitely a lazy lying diagnostic to bill me $500. I was never notified that my core battery was going to be thrown away and didn't receive my parts replaced. Nobody called me. I waited a month for this answer since the transmission mechanic was backed up and couldn't look at it. I drove by there for weeks seeing that the car hadn't moved. No problem continued to wait because I'm there all the time doing business with my other cars. Not anymore. Will not work with this dealership ever again and I hope anyone that reads this understands that a business that accumulates thousands of your dollars over time to lose future years of business over a $500 stuff in the face battery and diagnostic is not a business anyone should buy a car with, service your car with, buy a part or any business at all. The service is horrible and I will buy all parts from Arrigo 100% from now on since I have never had a bad experience with them in my life. Would recommend to other customers that have their replacement parts thrown away without authorization to report this to the Broward County Repair License, Florida Motor Vehicle Repair License and to Pompano Beach as formal complaints for theft. Posted pictures of what a $500 Battery looks like! Way better than a Bosch AGM 5 Year Warranty just thrown in the garbage! Thanks Accardi! More
