Purchased a Jeep and was promised by the General Manager, Jeovanny Hidalgo-Gato, that he would personally take care of a few cosmetic issues for us free of charge. He gave us his business card and cell phone. He hasn’t returned a text, call or office call. It’s been 6 months. Will never give our business this company again.
Help! I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING THE WORST CAR PURCHASE EVER!
Over my lifetime, I have owned/purchased 37 vehicles. On June 17, 2025, I terminated an early lease on a beloved 2022 Charger RT+ to lease a new 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona RT Plus EV from Joey Accardi Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Pompano Beach, FL. Two weeks later, I have yet to have my new Charger EV in my possession for more than 12 hours.
Vehicle Delivery was the WORST. The dealership took a very long time to deliver the car, and I only took it because I was running late for a dinner date. It was turned over to me with less than 30% charge and with a key fob problem. From my multiple visits to the dealership now, I have observed that sales employees
charge their own cars at work daily instead of their new EV’s inventory so that is why at delivery time I was provided with an undercharged car. Note, my car was on their lot for several weeks if not months; THERE IS NOT REASON OR EXCUSE FOR IT NOT TO HAVE BEEN FULLY CARGED.
My car has problems recognizing its key fobs. The next morning after purchase, I emailed and called the dealership and returned the car. I have been told that this car has a problem which ALSO AFFECTS 3 other cars in the region (per the Stellantis regional rep). Parts are on order and the car disassembled.

FAILED TO DELIVER THE CAR SUCCESSFULLY, THEY HAVE WASHED THEIR HANDS OF THIS MATTER AND TURNED IT OVER TO SERVICE. No body calls me to let me know what is going on, I must call daily. Haciel is the Floor Manager in sales and I have to call him for status as nobody else reaches out. If Haciel is not
there no other floor manager (Andy or another) returns my call.
When I returned the car the day after purchase, the dealership wanted me to rent a car (to be reimbursed upon the completed repair). Meanwhile my traded in Challenger was just sittng there! I refused to rent a car. I was taken home that day as I had a business trip that week, then retrieved by the dealer on my return
Friday June 27. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was apart seemingly waiting on parts. After complaining, I was given a Jeep Wrangler loaner, but this is NOT a fun drive as either my previous Challenger or my new Daytona.
Today marks 2 weeks from the lease of my Charger Daytona and I have no information as to its status. The Service Department is closed and Haciel said to wait until Monday.
We have had 3 other EV’s in our household; a Nissan Leaf, a Volvo XC40 Recharge (and still have a Blazer EV). Those dealership deliveries were great, and I never had to take those cars for service. Given the deep drop in sales of Stellantis US cars you would think that the manufacturer and their dealers are doing the best to support the few sales they have so that these customers share good experiences and drive Brand demand. Having previously owned 8 Stellantis products and having been an advocate for the brand, how can I be expected to continue to do so after this experience?
This dealer is a disgrace. I have opened a Case with Dodge Customer Care.
I had an excellent experience at Joey Accardi Dealership! The entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I got a Jeep Sahara, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. My salesperson, Manuel, was fantastic, kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all the features of the Jeep and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great deal and exceptional service!

DONT DO IT!! Bought a used car, 2 yrs old. Drove for 2 days engine light came in.
Brought it in for service, they have now had it for a month with no resolution.
Can't speak on New Cars, but for used??

WORST customer service and the Sales Manager is 🗑!!! His idea of resolving wad to run my credit again and me paying down another $7k plus taxes and fees!!
Not willing to budge on anything, not willing to address the issue.
Watch the exaggerated refresher fees and other associated fees because they obviously don't check for anything.
