Over sell Took my Jeep in for recall and oil change. 2015 wrangler with 13,000 miles. Advisor wanted to sell me a service program. Told him no. I get a call sta Took my Jeep in for recall and oil change. 2015 wrangler with 13,000 miles. Advisor wanted to sell me a service program. Told him no. I get a call stating that while doing a tire rotation my break pads and rotors were 90% worn out. Why tire rotation? I didn’t want that. It seams they are more interested in up selling than doing requested work. Either Jeep is building a poor quality car or I was being oversold. This is my 7th wrangler and I never needed brakes before 35,000 miles. Might have to find another Jeep dealer. Very disappointed. More

Great service. I stopped in at 7:30 am for a oil and air filter change and tire rotation. I asked if I could wait for my car. They said yes. It took them less than I stopped in at 7:30 am for a oil and air filter change and tire rotation. I asked if I could wait for my car. They said yes. It took them less than an hour to get the work done and my car back to me. Their customer waiting area had refreshments and coffee and free wifi which allowed me to get work done while I waited. Overall, 5 out of 5. Thank you. More
