Worst experience ever. We found a truck online and called to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed eve to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed everything. We then drove 4 hours to the dealership prepared to trade. During our travel to the dealership I also received an email and text stating we would qualify for their "employee pricing". The salesman proceeded to tell us the price i saw was only available to those that met ALL criteria and the actual price was almost $11,000 MORE. I looked back at BOTH websites I found the truck on and neither mentioned any requirements, but rather noted "with dealership rebates and specials". No mention of qualifying requirements anywhere. We proceeded to see what our "deal" would be and ended up walking out as there was no price difference in their "original" high price but only to see random.numbers written on their form not calculating correct whatsoever with an ungodly final price. We will NEVER be back to this dealership and hope others can see the lies we experienced before they waste 8 hours or more of their day to travel here. *Note- It wasn't a financial issue on our end, I had already gotten pre-approval before we arrived through our bank* More
If I could offer everyone $100 to not shop at Joey Accardi I would. I waited 3 months for my jeep. Now this is how disappointing my experience was. One month after I started to get info in the mail Accardi I would. I waited 3 months for my jeep. Now this is how disappointing my experience was. One month after I started to get info in the mail about warranties $1,200. So I started to call and cancel them. They said I had to go to the dealership. The F&I manager just put them in the deal and never told me I was getting them. Now the F&I is the one that sells the products he never presented them to sell just put them in the deal. Now some of this is my fault but after 4 hours of sitting around I just wanted to get out of there. I was able to cancel them but they let me know it could take up to 2 months for it to show on my lease price. Please do not shop at Joey Accardi. More
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Service is HORRIBLE. Every time I get an oil change/tire rotation, the Washer fluid is NEVER filled! How is that possible- when it's on a checklist and the h HORRIBLE. Every time I get an oil change/tire rotation, the Washer fluid is NEVER filled! How is that possible- when it's on a checklist and the hood is open. I went in on 9/29 for 4 things: oil change, tire rotation, fuel supply line safety recall and start/stop not charging. (1) Oil change was performed (at least I was told it was) but AGAIN they did not fill the washer fluid. (2) My tires were rotated but were not topped off/filled. They were at the same (31 psi) from when I brought them in. (3) Safety recall and start/stop button wasn't even addressed and wasn't on the notes for the technician. When I asked the idiot service rep Joe, he said that I need to bring the car back next week and it will take a week or so to fix. I have leased 4 Jeep Wranglers from Joey Acardi (first when it was Eddie) and this will be my last for sure. I am tired of routine things not being done when I bring in my car. Things are not being done properly the first time. I am tired of being treated poorly when I spend a lot of money every 3 years for a new Jeep Wrangler. I will go elsewhere with my money and lease Jeep even if I have to drive. Horrible horrible service and the problem is that no one cares. There is no accountability at all at this Dealership. More

I called these guys five days straight and asked for additional pictures on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that they were selling. 10 days later I still have received no pictures. Most of the time they wouldn't even call me back. I was willing to drive 5 hours to buy this car. But obviously I cannot do that if I don't have additional pictures. Not only that, they raised the price two grand after I showed some interest in it. This place is slimy as xxxx. I realize the car market is insane right now, but xxxx put in a little bit of effort for those customers that do not live in your city. It's clear to me that they do not have to put in the effort to sell this car so they're not going to. Lazy lazy lazy. Not to mention the $2,000 refurbishing fee and an additional $1,000 of mystery dealership fees. All of these not listed on the online car listing of course. Look out for these clowns. More
Joey Accardi Chrysler Service of Pompano Beach, FL provided AWFUL service and then overcharged me; 1) The service dept took 1.5 days to change transmission fluid and oil. 2) The service dept rarel provided AWFUL service and then overcharged me; 1) The service dept took 1.5 days to change transmission fluid and oil. 2) The service dept rarely answered their phone. 3) The service dept NEVER called me with status. 4) I was told the oil would be synthetic blend but full synthetic was added. 5) The windshield tag specified the wrong mileage for the next oil change. 6) I was OVERCHARGED $65 including $38.64 which was never disclosed AND SHOULD BE PAID BY THE DEALER, NOT THE CUSTOMER. AVOID JOEY ACCARDI CHRYSLER!!!! More
Bought my Jeep in Northern FL where the new vehicle prices are much cheaper but brought it here close to my house for service for the last 6 years. Express service (oil change, tire rotation, replace i prices are much cheaper but brought it here close to my house for service for the last 6 years. Express service (oil change, tire rotation, replace in stock bolt on Mopar parts) is fast (same day). Staff are great and quality of work are not a problem but the limited capacity to deliver timely service is a huge problem. For any non - express either on or off warranty service the dealership can’t handle the volume of service they take in. In the past when I had major service and they gave me a free loaner for a week I didn’t notice the time but they don’t do that anymore so you’ll be without a vehicle for a week or more now if you bring your vehicle here. The staff is patient and honest and will tell you they can’t even look at the vehicle to diagnose the issue for a week because they are so busy. It’s hard to get them to answer a call because they are so busy so you need to go in person to get an update on service progress. But when you drop the car off there will be a salesperson calling you for a cold sales call to try to get you to trade in and buy a new vehicle. The customers and staff deserve much better from the Dealership’s management and owner. The owner should be smart enough to realize there is so much more money in automotive service and building a reputation than quick sales and invest in the long term growth of the business. I’ll never go back there for service. There are many other places in SoFlo that can turn a vehicle over quicker. More
Was in the market looking for a 2021 RAM. Came across this dealer and found advertised specials that were pricing the RAM $6000 less than local dealers so I drove 45 minutes to them. The salesman and the sales manager each having excuses as to why not. I had a trade in and if not for the good price they offered for it...I would have left. I did buy a truck. A few days later I received and email with a satisfaction survey from RAM headquarters wanting know if I was satisfied. Assuming it was anonymous I completed the survey. Low and behold a few days later I begin receiving phone calls and text messages from the salesman who sold me my RAM wanting to know why I rated my purchase so low, he complained that the score he received was so bad and he wanted t know why. The fact that he was given the name of the customer who left the poor review was what angered me. I will be reaching out to RAM or Dodge...whatever it is, to let them know my thoughts. Rachel said it was her way or no way, as she could only due business as she wanted and as trained. No issue … we don’t do business as you offered. Ever wonder why their are so many dealerships around Accardi ?? It’s because choice still remains for clients. You don’t turn away business until the deal is offered and rejected versus accepted. The world changed and car dealers with antiquated, forceful employees should be updated. We can all be happy, make some money, without abusive tactics Rachel. More
