Great until you have any issues, then they are the absolute worst! I purchased 3 jeeps from them in three years, 2 good one a Dud! The Dud had mechanical issues , big time at 4,500. Miles. They were not helpful, sympathetic, they didn’t offer me a loaner car, jerked me around for an entire month! They did offer to let me trade it in on another , but they offered me nothing. They snuck $2,000 to the contract and made me wait 4 hours even thought the price had already been negotiated. They took advantage of my honesty when I told them my child had to be picked up. They knew there was no way for me to cancel and get my car back at the time they snuck an extra $2,000 to the price of the vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY! Not to mention the excuse they had for the extra fee. They claim it was for tires (tires were worn), brakes (had to get a break job within a week), and other garbage. Stay away! More
Jeep Service department is excellent thanks to Freddy and Jessie. I believe what is lacking is the leadership. Lots of turnover normally result of management, as a recruiter I am familiar. I was asked to recruit them out of there but did not because I bring my car there and the service agents are awesome. Management step up before I have to recruit your team. More
Would Leavet 0 stars but that's not possible. Spent $x,xxx to fix 3 issues on my Jeep Wrangle. They took 1 month (no communication. I had to keep calling to get updates)! Not only nothing was fixed but also now honk does not work. On top of that they broke one of my special hood latches from Quadratec $XXX damage. Of course million dollars business can't bother to replace. was told they can't be sure it was not broken before. Yes! my fault I did not point out to them everything it WAS NOT broken in my car before dropping off. Freddie is a joke. He kept pushing me around about refunding me for damage but a month later no world from him. I just stopped calling him. Avoid this place. Just go to your trusted neighborhood mechanic. More

Worst experience ever. We found a truck online and called to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed eve to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed everything. We then drove 4 hours to the dealership prepared to trade. During our travel to the dealership I also received an email and text stating we would qualify for their "employee pricing". The salesman proceeded to tell us the price i saw was only available to those that met ALL criteria and the actual price was almost $11,000 MORE. I looked back at BOTH websites I found the truck on and neither mentioned any requirements, but rather noted "with dealership rebates and specials". No mention of qualifying requirements anywhere. We proceeded to see what our "deal" would be and ended up walking out as there was no price difference in their "original" high price but only to see random.numbers written on their form not calculating correct whatsoever with an ungodly final price. We will NEVER be back to this dealership and hope others can see the lies we experienced before they waste 8 hours or more of their day to travel here. *Note- It wasn't a financial issue on our end, I had already gotten pre-approval before we arrived through our bank* More
If I could offer everyone $100 to not shop at Joey Accardi I would. I waited 3 months for my jeep. Now this is how disappointing my experience was. One month after I started to get info in the mail about warranties $1,200. So I started to call and cancel them. They said I had to go to the dealership. The F&I manager just put them in the deal and never told me I was getting them. Now the F&I is the one that sells the products he never presented them to sell just put them in the deal. Now some of this is my fault but after 4 hours of sitting around I just wanted to get out of there. I was able to cancel them but they let me know it could take up to 2 months for it to show on my lease price. Please do not shop at Joey Accardi. More
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Service is HORRIBLE. Every time I get an oil change/tire rotation, the Washer fluid is NEVER filled! How is that possible- when it's on a checklist and the h HORRIBLE. Every time I get an oil change/tire rotation, the Washer fluid is NEVER filled! How is that possible- when it's on a checklist and the hood is open. I went in on 9/29 for 4 things: oil change, tire rotation, fuel supply line safety recall and start/stop not charging. (1) Oil change was performed (at least I was told it was) but AGAIN they did not fill the washer fluid. (2) My tires were rotated but were not topped off/filled. They were at the same (31 psi) from when I brought them in. (3) Safety recall and start/stop button wasn't even addressed and wasn't on the notes for the technician. When I asked the idiot service rep Joe, he said that I need to bring the car back next week and it will take a week or so to fix. I have leased 4 Jeep Wranglers from Joey Acardi (first when it was Eddie) and this will be my last for sure. I am tired of routine things not being done when I bring in my car. Things are not being done properly the first time. I am tired of being treated poorly when I spend a lot of money every 3 years for a new Jeep Wrangler. I will go elsewhere with my money and lease Jeep even if I have to drive. Horrible horrible service and the problem is that no one cares. There is no accountability at all at this Dealership. More
