I took my vehicle in for my first service after purchase. They never let me know the vehicle was ready and two days after picking up my vehicle, it started pouring oil. I called on a Saturday afternoon and w They never let me know the vehicle was ready and two days after picking up my vehicle, it started pouring oil. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was told they couldn't look at it until the following Thursday. I had to purchase and add two quarts of oil before I could make it back to the dealership. It turns out that they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle. This is unacceptable as the loss of oil could have caused major motor damage!! I would not recommend this service department and will not be returning for my second "free oil change". More

My salesperson, Star, was wonderful. Very happy with all that she did. The sales manager (can’t remember his name) was very pushy. The service department was not good. They were unresponsive, hung up on me when I tried to check on my vehicle, and didn’t deliver as promised. I had to go pick up my car (instead of them delivering) after they had it in the shop for an extra day (3 days total). I was promised a full tank of gas, but (after picking it up and realizing they never put ANY in it) was told used cars only get a half a tank, and Star took care of that. My car was not washed or detailed, so I had to bring it back another day. When I came back, the detail department only rinsed the perimeter, washed the tires and sprayed air freshener in it. It was still grimy from the previous owner. I took it to a local car wash to actually clean it. Poor service department job. More

The Finance department is a bunch of xxxxxxxx. They are not transparent in their dealings. I’m speaking in terms of finance rates and extended warranty. I went in with a credit score of over 800 They are not transparent in their dealings. I’m speaking in terms of finance rates and extended warranty. I went in with a credit score of over 800 and $15000 in cash and was given an interest rate of 8.21. Of course I have since refinanced with a rate o 4.24. I like the vehicle but would not recommend the way you do business. More
