True Car should really investigate the dealerships they do business with. like they way they advertised a car it shows on there inventory as being there but you find out one of the sales men have it hiding off the lot cause he wanted to buy the car for him self. as i stood right next to it taking picture of the missing car that the sales manger was hiding up at there over flow lot up at the mall area back of the building. as i was told the car had sold over 3 weeks prior to me calling about it. the thing i love the best about this place was the loan they tried to give me 72 to 84 months loan i was told my credit was not good and i would have to pay 7.9 interest on the loan. when i ask if he had hit is head earlier in the day thinking that i that stupid to believe a word he was saying. another guy slash manger walk over to close the deal. he went to interduce himself i look right at him and said i don't care if your Jesus Christ get the xxxx away from me. i then got up to leave that's when the Sales Manger decided to block me from leaving and told me we can work out a deal. as i left the dealership the two manger tying to block me from leaving by getting in front and behind of my truck. If you are thinking of shopping here don't just keep on driving. the only good thing at this dealership was the bathroom was clean shame the rest of the place was a xxxx hole THE HEAD PARASITE HIMSELF MICHAEL ENGLE More
Just purchased a 2021 Dodge Ram "Larimie" from the North Hills location and could not have been treated better. I asked the Service Dept. to use their ocmputer to identify the source of the problem and fix what was wrong with the 2007 Jeep Commander; the low air pressure light on the dash was blinking and pingi identify the source of the problem and fix what was wrong with the 2007 Jeep Commander; the low air pressure light on the dash was blinking and pinging a sound...off and on intermittently. I explained that the brand new wheels had been resealed and new valves with sensors were relearned and that the tires were not low on air. After waiting 2 hours, and driving away, I found the problem not fixed but I was charged $216.68 for NOT fixing it! I took it back a few days later and they again kept it for over an hour and said three of the tire sensors were recommended to be replaced, but they did not do that. The tire sensors were new and had been relearned and checked by two mechanics and were not faulty. So I spent two days reserving my time to take the car to Shorkey's on McKnight Road and was charged $216.68 and nothing was fixed or identified as the problem. The tire installer assures me that it is Shorkey's job to use their computer to find out why the dash light comes on and pings and fix it. I want my money back because they took up my time two days and did not fix the problem. F.J. Schmitt More
I had a scheduled appointment at 10:15am on Friday, January 22, 2021 to have 4 new tires put on and a wheel alignment. I was told the service would take about 3 hours (potentially ready for pick up by January 22, 2021 to have 4 new tires put on and a wheel alignment. I was told the service would take about 3 hours (potentially ready for pick up by 1:15pm). Instead of waiting in the service department lounge, I had someone pick me up. I then was dropped off at the dealership to retrieve my Jeep at 1:45pm. When I arrived, I was told that they had not even started the service work on my Jeep, which meant that it would be at least another 3 to 4 hours that I would have to wait at the dealership. This was totally unacceptable to me as a courtesy phone call to explain this would have been welcomed, yet never took place. I retrieved my keys and left with my Jeep without this service being started and/or completed. This is an example of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future for any service. Chris C. More
