Unacceptable. We were told by Matt in service that the service department had never installed a Trunk Spoiler and they would need an additional few days to install We were told by Matt in service that the service department had never installed a Trunk Spoiler and they would need an additional few days to install the Trunk Spoiler. I was contacted and told that the car was ready to be picked up and got the car home and noticed that the Trunk Spoiler was loose and attached with double sided adhesive tape and that was coming loose on both sides of the Trunk Spoiler. I called Jim Keras Service and made a service appointment and was met by Service Advisor Matt Owens and I showed him the Trunk Spoiler and he didn't have an answer as to why this had happened and had the Service Manager Jim Largue look at it and he told me there was nothing that could be done since the Trunk Spoiler was a bad part and if they order another Trunk Spoiler it would be the same outcome and not fit because it was a bad part. He said that they put the bad Trunk Spoiler on the car because that's what we wanted them to do. We never said we wanted a bad part installed on our new car. It was a Subaru Accessory ordered by the dealership. Who puts on a known bad part on a car, that's my question, and very concerning especially after telling us that they had never installed the Trunk Spoiler before? More
