I worked with Zach Cowan and It was so easy. I have purchased several cars in my life and this was by far the easiest experience. Zach had sent me a video of the car I was intersted in with th I have purchased several cars in my life and this was by far the easiest experience. Zach had sent me a video of the car I was intersted in with the features and it was more about informing me of the car's attributes than pressure selling. The finance man was also great to work with. In short I showed up at 5:30 and was out the door by 8:00. Had test driven the car, even on the interstate, and they made sure I had the App downloaded and knew how to work the car, my old car was was 12 years old so a lot of changes had occured in that time with technology. I highly recommend Zach Cowen and the crew at Jim Keras Subaru. If this is how this company operates I look forward to working with the service department and if I live that long another purchase in the future. More
