Just had the 10,000 mile service completed at another dealership. This was due to the service advisor at Jerry's Ford telling me that only an oil change was included in their 10,000 mile service. Here is what is included: Oil Change Tire Rotation Top Off All Fluids Ford Multipoint Inspection which includes the following: Bulbs and lights Windshield Washer, wiper operation, wiper operation, windshield condition Upholstery, carpet, mats, mirrors Emergency brake, horn operation, fuel tank cap Battery terminals Condition of battery Engine air filter All belts Cooling system hoses and connection Radiator core, air conditioning condenser Shock absorber Steering gear box, linkage and boots, ball joints, dust covers Muffler, exhaust ports, mountings Drive shaft boots, constant velocity boots Battery Test Tire Inspection Brake Inspection Rather a bit more that "an oil change.." This is an unfortunate review. Unfortunate due to the fact that a few years back the rating for Jerry's Ford would have been 5 stars. Not now. In 2015 we bought a Ford Fusion Titainium from Jerry's a fact that a few years back the rating for Jerry's Ford would have been 5 stars. Not now. In 2015 we bought a Ford Fusion Titainium from Jerry's and the experience was terrific. Last year we decided to move to a full sized SUV for long distance travel and were looking at the 2020 Expedition Platinum Edition. Long story short, I knew more about the vehicle and it options than the sales person. Therefore we bought the Expediton from another dealer with excellent results. This morning I had an appointment at Jerry's for the 10,000 mile service. I made the appointment at Jerry's simply because I was too lazy to drive the longer distance to the dealer where we purchase the Expedition. When I checked in I was told that the only thing that Jerry's included in the 10,000 mile service was an oil change. Really? In the owners manual Ford "recommends" that at 10,000 miles the belts be checked, all the fluids be checked, and the tires checked for wear, balance, and be rotated. Since I had already had the oil changed, on my nickle, recently there was no reason to drain perfectly good, very expensive synthetic oil and put the same thing back in. When I contacted the dealer of purchase I was told that not only was an oil change part of the 10,000 mile check up so were all the items I noted above. The general manager that we dealt with at Jerry's back in 2015 has, I discovered last year, moved on and clearly service and new car sales have suffered. I will now have all the service on the Expedition done at the puchasing location. Jerry's simply is not up to the standards it once set. More

Quick professional and smooth handing of the purchasing process from start to finish. My rear view camera was recalled and after finishing my purchase I was informed it was ready for installing so I got it process from start to finish. After getting completely screwed over by Koon’s, Jerry’s Ford saved the day. There’s not enough good words to say about them. The. Best. Purchase. Experience. Ever. EVER. If I could rate Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg, specifically Calvin, Steve and Chris, a 286 out of 5 stars, I would. From beginning to end, the entire process was easy, seamless, and PAIN FREE. There truly aren’t enough positive words in the dictionary to describe how lovely (yes, lovely) it was to work with them. There is no reason to even think about working with another dealership. They are a team that treats their customers as they would want to be treated if they were in your shoes. I left the dealership after my first interaction with them promising that if I bought a Ford, I’d work with them, and I genuinely meant it. I meant it so much, I did go back to them even though I found my car at another dealer. Calvin, Steve, and Chris were a gold star team. They’ve gone above and beyond, even after I completed my purchase, to ensure that I’m a happy and satisfied customer. Everything was done before I needed it, they consistently thought 3 steps ahead of me. There were ZERO sales tactics or up selling on anything. They truly respected my wants and needs and helped me throughout the entire purchase process. I was able to communicate with Calvin through text and email, meaning I didn’t have to go into the dealership repeatedly to get my sale in order. Whenever I needed to test drive a car, Calvin ALWAYS had the car waiting and ready to go when I arrived. When I said, “no, I don’t think that one will work,” he never tried to convince me otherwise. The entire team respected and worked within my price range, never once showing me a car that exceeded that amount unless I specifically asked to. When I did, Calvin immediately reminded me and pointed out that the car would exceed my budget. I ended up finding my car at another dealership. Rather than tell me to go take a hike and work with them, the team got the car from the other dealership and had it on the lot and ready for me on the same day. SAME DAY SERVICE!!! ALL of my finance paperwork was ready when I got there. I literally signed and drove off the dealership. It took a little longer because I wanted to stay and just chat with them. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I would recommend working with this dealership and the team I had all day, every day. Don’t waste your time trying to find another dealership. If you want expert advice, a seamless transaction, lovely people to work with, go to Jerry’s Ford at Leesburg. To be clear, I am a confirmed purchase and no, I was not paid for this review. It’s genuine, true and from the heart. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. More
