Misha Andrews was the key to getting us into the dealership door. She answered all our questions and provided all the information needed to make us feel comfortable that Jerry’s Ford really did wan dealership door. She answered all our questions and provided all the information needed to make us feel comfortable that Jerry’s Ford really did want our business. Lacy Cooner continued to work with us through our car selection process, answering all our questions and without pressure. She kept her promise to deliver the car that day despite having to stay after hours to make it happen. The customer service team ALL worked together to make it a great and friendly experience, and I appreciated the time Keith Timbrook took to patiently introduce me to all the awesome features of my new car. Thanks to the prep crew for making sure my new Fusion was in perfect condition to drive off the lot, and doing it with a smile. And thanks to Sales Manager Jim (forgot last name) for working with us on a reasonable price. The Customer service manager and Business manager did a great job completing the deal, ensuring we were aware of all the options and coverages available and their benefits. Thank you, Jerry's Ford Team, for a great buying experience! Merry Christmas, all! More
I haven't used the repair shop, so I can only comment on the experience of buying a new car from Jerry's Ford. Overall it was a great experience. I negotiated a bit via email and got a quote that was sev on the experience of buying a new car from Jerry's Ford. Overall it was a great experience. I negotiated a bit via email and got a quote that was several hundred dollars below the next best offer. The negotiation was much easier than with other dealers and I was very happy with the price. I was afraid that the offer was a bait and switch, but when the final price was processed it was actually about $100 lower than the original offer. The car was delivered the next day and I have been very happy with everything about it. If I needed to buy a another car, I would start with Jerry's Ford. More
COMPLETE RIP OFF AND VERY RUDE!! ED THE SALESMAN WAS GREAT! MARIO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...TERRIBLE. WE HAD OUR TRADE-IN APPRAISED AND A DEAL WRITTEN UP. THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING T GREAT! MARIO IS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE...TERRIBLE. WE HAD OUR TRADE-IN APPRAISED AND A DEAL WRITTEN UP. THE VEHICLE I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE WAS BEING WASHED AND CLEANED FOR ME TO TAKE HOME. WHEN SITTING DOWN TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK, MARIO COMES AT LAST MINUTE AND SAYS HE DIDN'T REALIZE MY TRADE-IN HAD A PAYOFF. COMPLETE LIE!!! WE WERE THERE FOR 3 HOURS. HE HAD THE ESTIMATE SHEET FOR MY VEHICLE THAT HE HIMSELF APPRAISED WITH THE AMOUNT OF MY PAYOFF WRITTEN ON THE SHEET. HE THEN WANTED TO TRY TO CHANGE THE LOAN AMOUNT AND GET IT APPROVED THROUGH HIS BANK. HE TOLD US TO CALL BACK IN THE MORNING. WE DID. WE TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AND HE STARTED RAISING HIS VOICE AND ENDED UP HANGING UP ON US. COMPLETE JERK! More
Traded my 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo in on a 1998 Lincoln Mark 8. Was told my car was in an accident and the value I wanted was not there. So I had to settle on a lesser amount. When I asked for a Car Fax t Mark 8. Was told my car was in an accident and the value I wanted was not there. So I had to settle on a lesser amount. When I asked for a Car Fax they told me they used auto Check, Ok Fine. Then I was told they could not get the Auto Check...sometimes this happens on a older car. So I thought ok...I will take their word on that...come to find out I pulled the Auto Check my self and found that based on a score of 24 (very low the scores range from 30-56 for this car) I was not happy. I purchased a car for full price $8495.00 that does not qualify for buy back protection because of items listed on the Auto Check. My car I can't get back and their car (now mine) has a significantly lower value....I'm stuck because of misrepresentation and fraud on their part. I feel liked I've been burned and don't know what I can do. More

Over the past 16 years I have been privileged to teach chemistry, physics, and mathematics, as well as, be part of state championship coaching staffs. Combined with being part of the military's submarine/ chemistry, physics, and mathematics, as well as, be part of state championship coaching staffs. Combined with being part of the military's submarine/special operation commands for an additional 14 years I can say that I have had the pleasure of working with many fine young men and women. Although most of them came from very diverse backgrounds, they all seemed to possess a certain internal drive to become something successful. Amongst these varied people there has always existed one lone young person that stood head-and-shoulders above their peer group. Erica Ramsey fits this category without contestation! If there was ever a person born to do a job Erica is that person! My wife and I were in a stressful situation with a consolidation loan that needed to close in order for us to purchase our F350 for our business. Not only did Erica help to calm our concerns, but she also spent time working up a myriad of options for us to help in our desire to purchase a new Ford Pick up. Her knowledge of the product was nothing less than impressive, and her ability to seemingly make things happen is to date STILL uncanny. My wife and I shall forever be indebted to her and we look forward to our new business growing even faster now that we own our NEW F350! Thank you Erica! And thank you to Mario the General Manager of Jerry's Ford in Leesburg for making out dreams come true! You both ROCK! VERY Respectfully- Jeff and Sarah Taylor Proud Ford owners :) More
I never expect much of anything when going into a dealership. I just want to buy my car and leave. I was given an On The Road price from the internet department before coming in. I assumed this would dealership. I just want to buy my car and leave. I was given an On The Road price from the internet department before coming in. I assumed this would make things clear cut when I arrived. I got there and the car I wanted was sold (with 45 minutes of getting the email quote). Ok fine. So my sales person shows me a comparable car. It cost a little less actually which was fine. Doesnt even show me the features of the car. Just hands me the keys after getting a copy ofmy license. I come back from my drive and simply say that it will do and I will take it. The sales person takes forever getting info on the car and fillijg out ONE SINGLE piece of paper. He comes back and says they can so the same deal as the car that had been sold. I told him this car costs $600 less. Why would it be the same deal? He goes to the sales manager. I can over hear the sales manager swearing and belittling me to the sales person!! Completely unprofessional. When he comes back I asked him who that person was and he tells me his name is Mario. I later found out this is the head of the dealership! I told my sales person that nothing about this experience was positive and I left. No need to make a scene. I'll neve go there again even though they are only ten minutes from my home. Simply a pathetic excuse for a business. More

I went in knowing what I wanted, so the salesman thought that meant he did not have to pay any attention to me. While I was doing some paperwork, or waiting for people, the salesman would constantly walk away from us and even started working with other customers. No paperwork no nothing was done yet, and he just completely ignored my wife and I. Terrible. When it came time to do the appraisal of my car, instead of putting the VIN in to kbb, the guy there tried to enter "all" of my options and show me the value. Unfortunately for them, I checked my car before I went in and saw the values myself. Their values were nearly 3 grand lower. Upon closer inspection by my wife, it was technically my car they looked up, minus the coupe and quite a few options. After putting them in, huge surprise, the price came up to what I had saw originally. Then, they tried giving me the fair value and said it was fair cause they came up from X amount of dollars. I said no you did not, you had the wrong car in there, you started right here. Anyway, eventually we got it worked out. When it came time to sign the paperwork, it was lunchtime in the office and there was nobody to be found. I saw the pizza being carried in earlier. After waiting about 25 minutes, I asked someone what was going on. I was told they're coming out... After another 5 minutes, I asked again. This was the person I've been waiting for actually and said she'll be right with me. Great... Sorry to bother you. Take your time! The signing process was quick. I was promised all-weather floor mats and have a signed 'we owe you' and some other options. Floor mats were a no-show. Well, it's been over 2 months since I purchased my vehicle and I still have no floor mats. The day I bought the vehicle, I was told someone will call me when they came in. After waiting nearly 2 weeks I called and asked where they were. I was told they're not in yet. Another week and no call and i ask again... Still nothing. Finally, October 31st, somebody emails me apologizing it has taken so long to get me my floor mats and he will make sure I am satisified. 3 days later, floor mats showed up to my door! Open them up and....! These are NOT all-weather floor mats. I email the man back and tell him they are not all-weather floor mats and he responds they have to be! That's what they ordered for me! So I took a picture and sent it to him showing him these are NOT all-weather! They are cloth! Welp... so we're at about 8 days ago and I'm told not to worry, he will get to the bottom of this. "I Promise" were his final words to me. So finally today, 8 days later, i just tell him not to bother. I would caution everybody to stay far far away from this stealership. I would say "Make sure you get things you're promised in writing", but even that holds no merit to this company. Empty & broken promises. Don't bother. Move along. More
Jerry's was most competitive Dealer within 100 miles of home. They e-mail a deal for a great price for a new Explorer and a very good offer on the trade of my Acadia. When I got there there were no surpris home. They e-mail a deal for a great price for a new Explorer and a very good offer on the trade of my Acadia. When I got there there were no surprises (that was my big worry, no bait and switch here). Ask for Erica Ramsey in sales. Very straight forward and honest. You do have to hear some offers of add-ons from the customer service rep. But no high pressure. I said "no thank you" and the rep was fine with that. Paper work was quick. The car was ready, perfect condition and a full tank of gas. I am semi retired and have bought many many cars. I hated the process. This was the first time the car buying was pleasant. More
