I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership based on my recent experience. While the sales team did not have to work hard to secure my purchase, I found myself expending significant effort after the sale t recent experience.  From miscommunications regarding the cancellation of the GAP plan to missing accessories that should have accompanied a new vehicle, the process was riddled with problems. Administrative oversights required me to provide information multiple times, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in both customer service and vehicle preparation. These included discrepancies in the odometer reading, incomplete detailing of the vehicle, and insufficient oil life upon delivery. Although any one of these issues alone might have been manageable, collectively they resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. Over the course of a week, I had to engage with multiple staff members, navigate through conflicting information, and rectify several inconsistencies to achieve what should have been a straightforward car purchase. Horrible experience. I was upfront about what I was wanting to spend and even showed internet price that I saw. I was not informed about the internet price having to do with qualifying discounts till he laid the paper down and it was 10k more than what I was budgeting. I also told them multiple times I didn’t want to finance through them and was pre approved through my bank and kept getting the runaround and was being shown prices way out of my range even after I told them no multiple times. When I said I was going else where was asked if I looked at any of there other cars. I repeated myself so many times. Definitely felt like it was only about making a sale and not my best interest.
