Where should I start, first one of the finance guys tried to finesse me into an extended warranty on a vehicle that was already a CPO instead of just extending the CPO warranty for $1000 less. Now I’m 2 days into owning the vehicle and it’s struggling to start, I have a uconnect error saying it needs service and there’s a loud clunk sound when I shift from park to drive. For bonus, I just checked my engine air filter and it’s filthy. I would think all of this would have been corrected on a CPO vehicle and I’m severely disappointed. Tried calling to see how the 3 day satisfaction guarantee works and was told I couldn’t speak to a manager and would have to come in.
