Smoke and Mirrors! I had the unpleasant experience of working with your sales department to remedy an issue with my vehicle. You billed me for something that should of b I had the unpleasant experience of working with your sales department to remedy an issue with my vehicle. You billed me for something that should of been covered under the standard warranty of extended warranty. I have a 4 page complaint with all of my interactions with your dealership which i emailed to you and no one has responded. I have left messages for the general manager, service manager, and others. I have even sent in a complaint to KIA corporate because this place is an absolute joke! More
