No appointment was available for an entire week but Brian managed to fit me in for the next day, but warned me it may take a while because he was squeezing me in between appointments. I arrived at the dealership and was welcomed and checked in. I waited for maybe 20 minutes before Brian came back to tell me what was wrong with my car.
