I had a coupon for an oil change, but by the time the technician convinced me that I needed an air filter (which I could have done myself, but he refused to tell me where it was) it cost $53. They must be on commission, because basically I spent $53 for an oil change. Also when I made the appt. and when the car was written up, they made a big deal about the free car wash and vacuuming. I took everything out of the car--but it didn't happen. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of there after an hour and a half oil change. More
